The hotel was awful. The staff was rude; the rooms were dirty -- the staff did not change our towels in the five nights we spent there, the glass and mugs were never replaced, the complementary instant coffee lasted one day ; the breakfast was awful; the location was ok; the environment was sad and lonely.

The location is very good, but there ends the good side of the hotel. We were three adults (parents and son) and had a small room that was uncomfortable. My son had a short bed and slept the night with his knees bended! and he is only 1.70m! when I complained about it to the receptionist, she claimed those were...

This hotel is perfectly adequate as a base to look round the city. It has air con and breakfast was included. We arrived very late, past midnight but the desk was still manned and English was spoken. The metro station is about 300 meters, turn right, turn right and your there. If over 60/5 you travel for free on the...

Stayed for a week here and found it more than satisfactory by the very helpful staff. Noticed a few negatives, like restrictive brekkie times. That said 7-10 worked for me except staff a little stressed when room booked after 10 which I think is reasonable. The bathroom was absolutely fine but noticed a leak from shower on way to leave....

A friend and I stayed here for two nights and it was perfect for a quick trip. The room was spacious and had a lovely bath. A quick walk to most local shops, restaurants, etc. Beautiful city to visit as well.

Hotel seems ok and kettle in the room. We were given coffee and sugar earl grey and fruit tea. They have English breakfast tea at breakfast but we were never given it in the room or any milk. We asked the guy on reception for a couple of tea bags as we don't drink instant coffee especially not black and...

Loved my stay here, was everything I wanted in a hotel. Good price, clean, quiet, spacious room, excellent wifi. Excellent Breakfast options. Nearby is a Medium size shopping mall with Costa Coffee, Starbucks, lots of restaurants and Lidl supermarket all close by. Also Walking distance from a Metro station. So basically everything I needed, all in walking distance. Staff were...

This is a lovely hotel and the staff were great. Not too chatty but my Hungarian is nil and their English was good. The hotel location is not too central but a good walk to town and within easy access of buses and the metro. The room was clean and tidy, though we spent little time here. The pillows were...

Stayed here for 6 nights. Arrived at noon and got straight into our room. Very large room on the 5 th floor. Big bed, French windows, fridge, air conditioning, safe, good sized bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Organised champagne & helium balloon for hubby's birthday. Breakfast was continental with different choices each morning. Bar area in reception and outdoor...

The AC was essentially non-functional. It made a noise but never actually blew cold air. We asked multiple times to either be moved to a different room or have it fixed. They were surprisingly all booked up so we couldn't change rooms. Furthermore, they insisted it was working properly, which clearly was not the case. We had to sleep with...
