We stayed at Agape Aparthotel and had everything we need. It's approximately €25 to transfer from the airport to the hotel. Once you're at the hotel, just ask the extremely helpful reception staff to book a cab back for you. The is plenty of info on what there is to do in Budapest. Our little apartment was perfect for the...

As two adults and two young children the apartment we were given was very spacious; 2 single beds for the kids and a double bed with sliding doors for the parents. The appartment was equipped with a small kitchen ... cooker, fridge, kettle etc.and towels are provided (changed every 3 days). The nearest metro is Blaha on M2. Free Wi-Fi...

It's the second time I stay in Agape Aparthotel. And I have to say I will stay here the third time too. Great location - 1 metro stop from Keleti railway station, 5 minutes on foot from Blaha Lujza metro station. We were in three in very spacious studio equipped with everything we may need, even toaster, coffee machine, microwave,...

Stayed here for 2 nights. There were 5 of us and it suited us perfectly. Great location, good facilities and very reasonably priced. If I returned to Budapest I would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Amazing apartment which even had a washing machine! - very spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent location on the edge of the Jewish quarter so loads of nightlife for all ages. Also just a few strides from a transport hub of tram, bus and metro. Brilliant staff on reception who had an excellent knowledge of Budapest

Great location very close to a transport hub with loads of pubs, bars, gyros bars and restaurants nearby. Best way to get here from the airport is to get the 200E bus to Kobanya-Kispest, then get the metro line to Corvin-negyed and finally the 4 or 6 tram to Blaha Lujza ter. For anyone that has mobility problems - the...

Rented large apartment for 10 days or so on business in January. Seems to consist of a number of flats within a larger apartment block. The shared external corridors were a bit chilly , but the flat itself was very warm after a bit of adjustment. Very spacious flat, with well equipped kitchen at a very reasonable price. Office staff...

Agape, as far as I can tell, is a collection of flats in a large apartment building (some/many of which are regular flats) - I assume not all are the same. Location is good - in the center, with a metro station, main road and supermarket a few minutes away. Check out the address before you go, there's a sign...

A lovely spacious apartment in a great area. The apartment was huge with a full kitchen. Within walking distance of everywhere really. Wifi was excellent. Only 4 TV channels that were all in Hungarian but if you've come to Budapest to watch TV then you're not doing it right!

It was a very nice hotel, this makes my first trip to Budapest to be great. Primarily because of cheaper price compared to the city center location. Second, because of good quality of rooms. Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
