The hotel is located near the main train station of Budapest, with access to bus and metro lines. It is convenient for those who arrive by train ( I came from Vienna). Staff is most friendly too and they will know where to eat, what to see and what to experience!

When we requested to see the rooms to verify that maintenance was actually taking place, our request was denied. The hotel offered to put us up in some other hotel, the online ratings/ reviews for which were lower...

Arrived early morning, about 02.00 to a very pleasant welcome. Check in went smoothly and were given a nice size room with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was as would be expected and if I had a concern it was that the breakfast room was a little too small for the amount of guests. The hotel was clean...

I like this hotel because it has nice rooms with a very good equipment and athmosphere and it is located in the centre of the city opposite the train station. The hotel is near to a transport hub, so it is easily accessible from all. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
