There is no better address or more spectacular location in all of Budapest than the Gresham Palace. A truly old palace left in disrepair during communist years it has for over a decade now been a place of palatial grandeur and Old Europe splendor housing a modern, elegant hotel with Four Seasons' standards, This was our second stay in the...

Before I booked four seasons, I was hesitating between Four Seasons and Ritz which was newly opened. At the end, I chose Four Seasons and it's the right decision. Located by Danube river, the hotel offers the most magnificent view ever! My room offered the view of George bridge, Danube river and also the castle! It's amazing, isn't it. The...

An absolutely amazing hotel. Great rooms, great service, great bartenders and amazing location. If you get the chance to stay here please do. I picked this hotel as my first hotel on a 2 week trip through Eastern Europe. I couldn't be more pleased with the choice.

This hotel is amazing and the lobby was sic.... I patronized the bar and had this cool drink called Undercover Kiss.. Came out in an orange bottle with red lips... The drink was very good... The bar was hip and the staff were personable and attentive to every need.

The facility was spectacular and the service was just as wonderful. The restaurant was great for dinner and afternoon tea was wonderful. The concierge desk could not have been more helpful. The location is perfect for walking to the chain bridge and many nice restaurants.

As a beautiful hotel centrically located facing the chain bridge of Budapest, the Four Seasons hotel hardly failed to impress any of its guests in its location and exterior. The service was nice although nothing too impressive. Brunch was a bit crowded but the food was kept at a constant flow and attentive. A lovely place to visit for a...

This hotel exceeded every aspect. It is a place that one won't forget in their life. The service was second to none, the decor is a beautifully restored building and the colors are gorgeous. If there is anything missing, all one has to do is just ask.

The famous Herend Afternoon Tea was recommended to me and I'm grateful I had the chance to try it myself. It was a celebration of tastes! I am delighted to recommend it to all guests at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace and everyone else visiting Budapest . Imagine an elegant Herend porcelain table set with delicious bites and a cup...

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
