Professional reception team, restaurant staff, and very friendly atmosphere. It's really enjoyable to stay in Kempinski as many people would have recommended. Apart from these, the only tiny points which could be bettered are, we got a strange bump-in when we were in the room...More
I have stayed here on numerous occasions and always love it. Concierge and reception staff are excellent as are all the staff. Rooms are beautiful with a very nice bathroom and a desk to work at with free wifi. Best bit for me is the...More
I don't like to stay in chain hotels. I make an effort to pick somewhere small and local. That said, we were offered a very good deal at the hotel, so we took it. And I am glad that we did. The rooms were perfect...More
This hotel is centrally located and you can walk to almost everything. The staff and service was impeccable, right from the point of entry to the exit. Mr. Gabor Gubanek was extremely helpful at the reception at all times.
I spent a night here on business. The outside of the hotel, and the lobby, give the impression of a very nice, upscale hotel. The actual rooms have a very tired 1980s feel.
Great location near Parliament
Right on Fashion Lane

Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention
and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.

I believe the work is going to conclude in March. We did not have a positive experience with the construction, we were woken up every morning by it at 7:15am and the noise during the day when we were trying to relax in the room was unbearable.
