In September 2014 my wife and I stayed at the Hotel City Ring in Budapest for five nights. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the Danube River, the Nyugati train station and the West End Shopping Centre, with several hundred shops, restaurants, cinemas etc. Also tram and bus stops are just a few minutes walk away. The...

Just arrived back after New Years break from 5 nights at the hotel. It is excellently located, very helpful staff, very clean, warm rooms and good food with a bar of its' own. Close to the Parliament, Margaret Island and the tram and buses run along the main road. With the underground only 5 minutes away, a big shopping centre...

Very centrally located on the Pest side of the city. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Kristina in the bar. She speaks very good english and goes out of her way to be helpful. Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights while we visited the Christmas markets which were ok. Not the best markets I have seen (best were Zurich, Switzerland). City...

Convenient to shops and restaurants and to the big shopping centre nearby. Would recommend if on a budget Asked in advance for a room on...

We felt like home at this hotel. Very quiet, cozy, spacious and clean rooms. In addition, there’s a fridge in the room, which is very convenient. Very polite and attentive receptionist, I guess, Victor is his name, but I may be mistaken, who speaks English and Russian. Location is perfect as well. The old building of the hotel is situated...

Just had 4 nights at City Ring Hotel and had no regrets. Situated right in the heart of Budapest, close to Metro, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Modern room with very comfortable beds and also very quiet. Another bonus was the wonderful food at an Italian Restaurant next door and just a few doors away Kiko Cafe for breakfast....
