My wife and I are here now. The hotel is budget and very central to the local restaurants and historical places we want to visit and exactly what we wanted. It takes no more than 35 minutes from airport to the hotel by bus and train at about £10 between us by getting a 24 he travel pass. The check...

We stayed here for three nights over the Valentine's weekend and had a pleasant stay. Hotel is not the most attractive and the accommodation was basic but clean (but we spent little time in the hotel as we were out exploring the city) Good Points The bed was quite possibly the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Free Wi-Fi...

Stayed here from last Thursday to Sunday with my wife. The hotel's nothing to look at (inside or outside) but was reasonably priced and clean which was all we were looking for. The room was spacious if basic. The bed was very comfortable and room warm. The bathroom had a shower that worked well but no bath. No kettle which...

Spent 4 nights here on a weekend break. It is reasonably convenient, but on a main road. The rooms are basic but very clean, warm and comfortable. Bathroom was small but OK. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was from a café next door and that was good. Hotel lacks facilities - no drinks in your room (but an...

This is a very decent hotel for a short city break. It is basic but has everything in the room that you need, except perhaps hot drink making facilities. It was clean and very warm which meant it was nice to come back to after a long day out sightseeing. The staff were always ready to help. There is a...

We stayed here for three nights. The hotel was very central to everything. The room was basic but very clean, The bed was comfortable. I would ask to have a back room as we were at the front and it was very noisy as a busy road and was disturbed with noise of traffic, and people leaving bars late at...

This is a fantastic hotel! The staff are unbelievably welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and warm. It's in a great location, close to the Danube and Parliament. Only a minutes walk from the Metro - it's an hour to the airport by public transport, but this is fairly easy to navigate, with one metro and one bus. The...

Cozy hotel, very quiet, we had no problems with sleeping even if the hotel is situated in the center. Very welcoming and helping stuff. Clean comfortable beds, wifi worked fine. Very clean big room. Close to metro line so the public communication was great. Also tourist attractions were very close, everything by walking distance. Good quality for the price! I'd...

In September 2014 my wife and I stayed at the Hotel City Ring in Budapest for five nights. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to the Danube River, the Nyugati train station and the West End Shopping Centre, with several hundred shops, restaurants, cinemas etc. Also tram and bus stops are just a few minutes walk away. The...

Just arrived back after New Years break from 5 nights at the hotel. It is excellently located, very helpful staff, very clean, warm rooms and good food with a bar of its' own. Close to the Parliament, Margaret Island and the tram and buses run along the main road. With the underground only 5 minutes away, a big shopping centre...
