We spent two nights in this hotel. It has good accessibility. It is very close to the metro station: Szentelec Ter and also Tram number 1. The rooms are firnished nicely and are spacious. They have all the amenities you usually find in 4 and 5 star hotels: bathrobes, hair dryer, mini-bar, ironing board, safe etc. Our room had a...

Pretty disappointing hotel. The Staff was friendly yet unprepared. Rooms were very poor, the whole hotel looks old and outdated. Room service pretty averagish. Booked a taxi for the airport the evening before leaving the reservation got lost and the front desk person couldn't get a hold on a taxi in real time. Never again

We had a nice weekend-stay. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice, but it is about a 20 min. drive from city center. The breakfast was large, but not that well. The restaurant a la carte wasn't good at all. Don't go there. The spa was fine. Overall nice stay, but bad food - next time I will...

I just stayed here for business at the recommendation of the company I was visiting (which is nearby). Come day two, I was ready to move to a different place. The room was fine (think Nescafe and a mildly uncomfortable bed). What killed me was the front desk, where every transaction took 3x longer. My coworker actually spend 30(!) minutes...

The hotel is very well located in Buda side of Budapest. The facilities are a lttle tired, but still well appointed. For a little extra money the executive rooms are a great way to stay. The Health club provides a good range of pools, spa and sauna. The restaurant and bar staff are professional multi lingual and truly helpful.

This is a fine hotel with very good amenities. I do think I qualifies as a five star. The rooms were excellent and the service was outstanding. My criticism is that it wasn't as central as we thought. Spent more money on taxis to get to City centre. Wife liked the spa.
