I returned today and felt I must to you all about this hotel. I reviewed this hotel before booking after checking a few others. I knew the rooms were a little quirky with the glass bathroom wall but that was OK. We had a warm welcome even though we were early with the choice of wine or water brought over...

This is our seventh time in Budapest and this has taken the crown for best hotel. Location wise it is excellent for most things in city centre, parliament and St Stephen's a couple of minutes away. The staff were efficient and friendly and we had the most amazing room - we went for a 'pay now' rate which was confusing...

Staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Very good location close to a lot of the major attractions. Chain bridge very close to take you over to the Buda side. Lots of varied restaurants near by you are spoilt for choice. You can not go wrong booking this hotel.

The room was amazing, the hotel was amazing and the breakfast was great. I could not fault anything about this hotel, it was so clean and the cleaners would come in twice a day if you wanted them to. The rooms were luxury and in an amazing location in Budapest, not far from anything at all. Would highly recommend to...

Just checked out of this hotel. I booked it through hotels.com and I know it won't be the best room the hotel has to offer. But a word to the wise their atrium room is an interior room, with no windows to the outside. Ok so not the best but the room was specious and clean. since I was only...

Visited during August, busy time and very warm. stayed 4 nights. Hotel is very nice room different but very aesthetically pleasing, colour lights, fantastic bathroom and shower. Breakfast pricey but very very good. Bar again pricey but do have a good gin selection! Couple of fitness machines in gym and get to use sauna, Jacuzzi etc. Overall very enjoyable stay.

I really wanted to give this hotel 5/5 as it was a very pleasant place to stay. The perfume in the hotel and the room was very relaxing, the rooms are spacious, the location is excellent (being both close to the centre, but in a nice part of town) and the staff are very welcoming. However, there are two areas...

Stayed for three nights with my spouse. Not really up to 5 stars standard to our opinion. I will not discuss questionable room design, because that’s really a matter of taste, but other than that: - very small and inconvenient reception design with only one staff member - confusing key card system in the elevator - shower towels and bathrobes...

Staying in District V / Inner City

Neighbourhood Profile
District V / Inner City
Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.
