Lovely hotel with great staff and close to everything. Walking distance to Market Hall, metro, Chain Bridge and tram. New hotel with nice and clean rooms. Breakfast was really good too, they have a small gym and free wifi. Alot of restaurants in this area.

We stayed here in April with British Airways Holidays, what a hidden gem! The staff were all excellent, really nice decor, huge rooms, complimentary tea, coffee and water during the day and a fab breakfast. It was in a central location and easily accessible for the attractions. What more could you ask for? Our room faced an inner courtyard and...

Stayed here for 4 nights in May 2014. A little hard to find from the metro, but once you know where it is you will not have any problem finding it again. The neighborhood just around the hotel is fine - old buildings, beautiful trees, narrow streets. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants. But...

After a bad journey (11 hour delay in Phoenix, a further 14 hours in Houston and my bag still in Houston when I arrived in Budapest), the front office staff went out of their way to track my bag and finally coordinate delivery to the hotel. The receptionists were also very helpful with suggesting restaurants, places to buy clothes and...

Myself & my husband stayed here for 2 nights 2nd to 4th May '14. The decor of this hotel is fabulous, modern with hints of the old also. Bedrooms are spotlessly clean. Reception staff couldn't do enough for us. Extremely helpful with everything, and never left queuing. There is complimentary tea/coffee and water in the bar until 5pm. This was...

I would give this hotel 4.5 stars if possible. Beautiful architecture and really nice modern, clean rooms. Half mark off for internal noise - we were woken up by maids and others in the corridor in the morning. Other than that the hotel is really quiet and we slept well during the night. Breakfast was really good and staff were...

All the good things said below are indeed true, and it's difficult to add anything more. We stayed for four nights in late March on a very reasonably-priced Jet2 package - our first visit to Budapest, and it won't be our last. Three days just wasn't enough - and next time we visit we will have no hesitation in choosing...

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The location close to everything but yet far enough from traffic noises is very nice. Rooms are very good. Bed was very comfortable, and the wifi worked very well. Breakfast was fantastic too. It may be a small thing for someone, but to me even the corridor walking down the stairs was beautiful. The...

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in a lot of countries. This one might be the best ever on every level. Spectacular service (including an early check-in and room upgrade). Fantastic buffet breakfast each morning. Beautiful public areas in the hotel and gorgeous rooms with comfortable beds and large windows that open. Wifi quality was very high. Located on...

It would be hard to list everything that I thought was amazing about this hotel; and by the looks of it other people have done it better - the things that were excellent were the: staff, location, rooms, reception, breakfast, sauna, cleanliness, prices, etc, etc. I guess the biggest 'compliment' I could give this hotel is that it was so...
