What a find! From the initial friendly correspondence with the hotel during the booking process, to our arrival at the hotel and all during our stay, we were met with professionalism and warmth. Their website is very good and if sustainability is important to you, I would urge you to read all the initiatives that they have embraced - quite amazing for such a small hotel and one that the larger chain hotels should take note and learn from! We booked for the evening Chopin recital and it was perfect. A glass of wine, along with a good slice of excellent cake was given to us to enjoy, whilst we listened to a graduate of the Chopin University of Music and she is now a classical pianist who plays to audiences worldwide. Thinking we would walk somewhere afterwards for dinner, we did note that their cafe Philoxenia was still open and decided to eat 'in-house'. Well, I am so glad we did. It was one of the best meals in our entire trip to Poland! We both had the salmon, followed by apple cake. This was real food with real taste and not just all about the presentation - which was still very nice. Continental breakfast in the morning was very enjoyable with the offer to cook us eggs how we wanted. I particularly enjoyed the honey that comes from their very own apiary on the roof of the house and choosing which of the multiple breads on offer, to accompany it. My husband though was just glad to get an excellent cup of coffee and was extremely impressed by their house roaster which is featured in the dining room. It was with genuine sadness that we left the hotel and the staff made us feel that we had been valued and were sorry to see us go too (how different is that than the repeated same check out words to every customer from a chain hotel). We really enjoyed our time in Warsaw though and decided 1.5 days was definitely not enough to do it justice, so will be back - and we won't think twice about where we will stay and where we will eat! The only thing we will be asking is please can we have 'our room' again with it's very special wardrobe!…
We absolutely loved our time at the Chopin Boutique. We werent just met with absolute class, culture and a kind staff, but also were able to stay in super stylish rooms and eat local home-cooked style food. We are so grateful that we got to stay in this unique hotel!
Was here for two nights. Rooms are big, with high ceiling, parquet floors and big bed. Hotel placed in near center quite place, just couple minutes to go to most popular places in Warsaw. Many thanks, will be back.
what a delightful place in the heart of the old town. a very pretty courtyard, a wonderful staff and a very clean hotel. this is not a 4 star expensive hotel it is a wonderful and great place to stay that you will not regret. the hotel is run by very lovely and gracious people. they have an evening with the music of chopin and a glass of wine for very reasonable. it is a must! the breakfast is great and the coffee!! i bought some of their roasted beans to take home a great place!!
Beautiful historic hotel, very well located in Warsaw. But the greatest value it has is its people. Human quality and solidarity are the highest values that identify them. Human quality is tested in times of difficulty. They proved to be The Best. Thanks!
