Stayed for 3 nights in June 2022. Hotel is easily accessible by trams 15 or 18 from the city centre. Hotel rooms very nice with modern bathroom and shower. Breakfast very extensive. Book the breakfast inclusive rate if you intend to have it. 44zl if not. Hotel bar offers food and a good choice of alcohol and soft drinks. Hotel is around 15 min walk to the old town and 5 or 6 stops on the tram to the city centre. Good value overall and would stay again.
We stayed at the Ibis Stare Miasto in early May 22. The location is just a 10-15 minutes walk away from the Old Town and quite easy to reach from the airport (bus 175 + tram 15 or 18). The hotel was reasonably clean but could use a bit of redecorating (some cracks in the plaster of the room, worn furniture). The breakfast was tasty, fresh and plentyfull. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall the price matched the value so we would definately recommend it, especially if you intend to spend some time in the Old Town.
Good location right next to "Old Town". Not luxury, but everything is kept nice and clean and the staff is nice and attentive. The rooms are in good condition with nice bathrooms. Most customer facing staff has really good English skills. Some noise from the two big roads next by is to be expected.
Apartments are really small and the room wasn’t in great condition. Breakfast was very poor and not tasty, the same in the card menu. Quite close way to the Old City. For short stay, like weekend, its Ok, but not recommended.
Very basic hotel in Warsaw. Standard Rooms or Premium Rooms do not have closets. You must Book a Junior Suite or above to get a closet with a desk and deck. Get with breakfast. Hotel Staff is friendly and really great. Very Clean and Neat no matter what room you take.
bit out on a limb as far as location but bus stop outside the hotel ,which was ideal. Nice & clean rooms ,with nice staff. Excellent breakfast albeit coffee not to my taste but a small point. plenty to choose from and good quality .10 min walk to the old town , alas nothing much around the hotel but nice little shop on the corner sold anything you needed for supplies.
Too simple hotel in the centre of Warsaw. The door was not working and remained locked every two times I was trying to enter my room. No plugs for electricity power near the bed. No coffee in the room. No dustbin near the table I could have worked. The breakfast was not good with poor products. Very very disappointing.
Good position , clean room, nice staff and variety of food for breakfast. Attention to restrictions related to COVID 19. I would advise this hotel to who wants to stay not far from the centre at honest price.
Small oval carpets in both lounges/waiting area downstairs /floor need a good cleaning. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel due to a great location, a walking distance to the New and Old Square.
