Clean rooms, friendly and helpful front desk and good location. Housekeeping staff didn’t speak English nor Polish but friendly and helpful. Rooms having all necessary amenities what you would expect in such level. Restaurant’s offering is simple but good enough.

Good quality to price, there is everything what you realy need. Smiling crew want to make it more pleasant stay. If you want to change menu, you can go to different restaurant nearby (greek is opposite the hotel, nearby - steak house, italian)

The minibar was empty, we were supposed to come down to the lobby and pay for the minibar upfront if we wanted to use it. If I'd be willing to come down to the lobby, I might as well come down and buy whatever I need in the stores which were right next to the hotel. This is just plain stupid. The minibar should be for our convenience, but here, I felt like some kind of criminal which is not to be trusted with drinks in the minibar. This is not a service which I would expect from a 5 star hotel, and it is not up-to-par with other hotels from my experience (with similiar price). I could not reach room service when I called around 11 PM on a Saturday. I expect service till late night during weekends.

The hotel is modern and beautiful, room very clean and bathroom equipped with many accessories. Location is very good - close to old town, royal castle and beautiful parks. Amazing breakfast! Nice spa area and well equipped fitness centre.
