Fantastic hotel. Central to most things. A grand hall/lounge area with friendly staff. The Christmas tree was still up which looked amazing. Rooms were great, spacious, trouble with air con but you can open a window. 10/10 would definitely visit again.

My stay at the Polonia Palace was immaculate. Charming building, breathing history. Spacious, modern, tasteful and absolute clean rooms. Nice lobby, very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was clearly above average with many little surprises and fresh, delicious food. I felt utterly comfortable, enjoyed my stay very much and would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel staff was really kind and supportive, we had some reservation issues and they were really open to help us and accommodate our requests. They really know how to gain customer trust. We look forward to make another booking at this hotel.

I stayed her in April of this year (2022) through the Easter Holiday. The staff were wonderful, the morning breakfast buffet was absolutely top notch and the room itself was always immaculate and comfortable. I had the opportunity to use the gym and sauna a few times and they were outstanding as well. The hotel is located right in the heart of Warsaw. Of note were the concierge personnel. I believe the gentleman I interacted with the most was Lucas. He was professional , kind and very intelligent. One extra bonus was the fact that while I was in Ukraine, prior to my stay, they allowed me to store my luggage in a secure, locked room with no charge. I will be back to Warsaw and definitely will stay here again

Wow great location been there from 15 11.22 till 22.11.22 had a great experience enjoyed each and every moment on my stay had three rooms first impression at the reception was great well trained staff / rooms clean and neat / heating system excellent/ breakfast delicious have variety healthy food / lobby bar have variety of drinks Staff well spoken / professionally trained / soft spoken / supportive / helpful / available at your service 24/7 location close to city centre enjoyed every moment never felt away from home wish to travel again and enjoy the hospitality

Fantastic Loved this hotel, everything about it is top notch. Staff, location, amenities all excellent I look forward to staying here again. Probably the best value hotel I've ever stayed in In the best location in Warsaw, close to the City Centre and around 25 minutes walk from the Old Town

I stayed 2 nights at the Polonia Palace and our room (#116) had a nice view of the PKiN Tower and Square. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Being on the 1st Floor there was some traffic noise but not enough to spoil our sleep. The room had a fridge, safety deposit box (big enough to take my laptop), TV and hot drink making facilities. The lighting was very good in the room also. The Free in-room Wifi worked perfectly throughout our stay. We did not eat in the Hotel at all so I can't comment on that side of things. The hotel lobby and staircases had character and the hotel dates back to 1913 and the Polonia Palace was the only hotel in Warsaw to survive the war. American General Dwight Eisenhower was one dignitary who stayed at the hotel in 1945. Our check-in and check-out experiences were a bit on the slow side but it was okay. We were able to store our bags at the hotel after check-out until we left Warsaw for our flight to the UK. The hotel location is just perfect for exploring Warsaw with easy access to public transport and with much being in walking distance. Bolt Taxi's are also very cheap.…

This place is perfect. The lobby is stunning! The staff is friendly. It’s a large hotel, yet doesn’t feel like it. The breakfast is great, with lots of options, fresh veggies and fresh fruit. The staff is quick to clear tables and the room is pleasant. Lots of hot food choices. The bar is wonderful with good food and drinks, at an extremely cheap price. They will provide peanuts if asked. Our room was spacious and clean. Very quiet. Shower was good and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is near public transport. Also, quite inexpensive for a large city. We can’t think of a single downside to this beautiful hotel. We absolutely loved this hotel and would jump at the chance to stay here again.

A beautiful hotel, well situated in the centre of Warsaw, and easy walking distance to the main shopping centres and the old town (20 minutes walk) The room was beautiful, well maintained, complimentary water every day and the facilities are really modern. The breakfast had plenty of choice so well worth taking up the bed and breakfast option. The bar is lovely and the bar staff are very attentive and friendly, this extends to breakfast staff and reception staff. All in all if you have a lovely establishment to begin and end your day, it leaves a lasting positive impression.
