The hotel is well located for central Warsaw. The breakfast was excellent with choice to suit every need. Having a pool and spa on site was very enjoyable with the robes provided making access easier. The lobby area is bright and welcoming but needs to be freshened up. We had a bad nights sleep on our first night due to a heating problem overheating the rooms. This was sorted the next day. The ladies in our group would all have liked there to be a plug socket for the hair dryer beside the mirror. We enjoyed our stay once we got over the bad start.

Great Hotel, which has seen its best days. However they have an outstanding breakfast plus a top location right in the middle of everything so you can reach all important locations by foot. And best of all 35 Min by public bus to the airport (for 1,50€). Depending on your travel time you will share the hotel with families and travel groups from around the world, which gives an extra charme.

Everything was great, quick check in, rooms had everything we needed plus were very clean. We haven’t tried the breakfast as it sounded pricey and we preferred to eat out. The pool area nice, but it would be great with some jacuzzi or steam room where we could relax together (only separate saunas available - one for men one for women).

Location is central, and the hotel generally meets a high standard. However, the bar was woefully understaffed on Friday night. While the waiter was polite and did his best, waiting 15-20 mins to place an order while watching one person get over-worked in a room full of customers wasn't amazing.

Great hotel with a good breakfast, close to old town and all tourist hotspots. Easy to get to from the airport, and good eating places nearby. Particularly well priced compared to the Raffles which is a stones throw from here.

Enjoyable stay! Extremely convenient location, 2 mins walk to historic old town square and within walking distance to lively and modern restaurants off of Grzybowska street and major attractions. My room (king room) was extremely spacious (rare and appreciated!) and clean. The daily breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of fresh foods, highly recommend it. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall I recommend staying at the Sofitel, and will definitely stay here again.

As always, I feel that I am coming back to a place that is happy for my visit. If you want to use the swimming pool and gym on the weekend, it is best to do it before 8:30 in the morning. I love your beds. They give the impression of a great cloud and allow for a wonderful sleep.

The location is good between the old town and city areas. Also across from the tomb of the unknown soldier and square which afforded as an opportunity to see a welcome for the President of Czech Republic. The hotel itself was satisfactory for five star. Some aspects could be improved like functionality of some of the furniture, improved pillows and greater climate control in the rooms. Staff were caring but could be more approachable. Restaurant and bar were very reasonably priced.
