I’ve stayed at a few other premium hotels in Warsaw and I must say that every time, Sheraton was the best. Good location, best beds and most importantly great staff. I’d especially like to say big thanks to the reception team of Hanna, Pani Kawa and pan Michael. Also to mr Robert from the gastro team. I’m coming back again in a week and a half and I know my stay will be amazing again, as time and time again this team and this hotel deliver the ultimate luxury travel experience with a personal touch.

Sheraton Grand Warsaw improved significantly comparing to other hotels in the area. I've been visiting it quite often and always have great impressions. I especially appreciate warm welcome from Mrs Katarzyna Kawa and the reception team who helped to organized my stay and gave very useful recommendations as well as Mrs Oksana and Justyna in the club lounge who were very kind and anticipated needs of the lounge guests. The room I got assigned was spacious, clean and well maintained. Overall - strong recommendations to all who visit Warsaw.

Bartek was a great help in the gym. He went out of his way to take time to help me out with the weights and explained some exercises that would help me with range of motion + recovery. He also took the time to show me around the facility so i could better orient myself with a workout schedule for the duration of my stay.

From the moment I stepped into the Sheraton Grand till the time I checked out, I was exceptionally well looked after. A hotel worth recommending. Renovated and furnished in accordance with current trends and the 5* standard. Spacious clean rooms in a very convenient location for exploring the city. Great customer service every time I stay at this hotel. In particular, Katarzyna, who often checks me in, deserves a special mention. She always addresses my needs quickly and effectively. The second distinguishing feature of this hotel is the Club Lounge. One of the best I've visited. Both in terms of the choice of dishes or alcohols, but above all the service provided by Oksana and Justyna. All this contributes to the fact that each of my stays at the hotel is simply perfect in every respect.

I was at Sheraton Grand Warsaw for an extended stay and wanted to express my gratitude to the Sheraton team. The hotel has a perfect location, close to all major sightseeing in a quiet area, and there are few parks nearby. The breakfast is fabulous, with a good variety of food. The rooms are tidy and clean, and the housekeeping team takes good care of the rooms. Some of the rooms on the higher floor have a stunning city view. Grand Sheraton Warsaw is an excellent place to stay on business or leisure travel. It's a hotel where I felt at home with all the support and care the Sheraton team provided. I wanted to mention ALL the staff who made me feel at home, and specials thanks go to: 1) Reception team: especially Kasia K., Michal H., and Lukasz M. Thank you for your welcome, patience with my forgetfulness (I used to forget the room keys often), and your perfect service accommodating my requests. I’ve stayed here for business over half a dozen times and can’t recommend this hotel enough. As a Titanium Bonvoy member I always get early and late checkin, fabulous upgrades and use of the many amenities of the hotel. By far the best part of the hotel is the Sheraton Club Lounge. Remember when Sheraton lounges used to have a great complimentary food spread from 6:00-8:00 pm and free flow wine in the lounge? Well the Sheraton Grand Warsaw is one of the few to maintain the tradition. And they go one step further with the lounge serving til 11:00 pm. Where else is this ever done these days?? Justyna and Oksana are the top notch professionals in charge of the lounge and they really make you feel welcome. Watch out Sheraton - I would hire them away from you if I could. They also have an amazing gym and spa in the basement. And the breakfast (included for elite Bonvoy members) on the first floor is scrumptious - it rivals the breakfast buffets in the best hotels in Asia. The clear choice in Warsaw is the Sheraton Grand. Staff very helpfull while providing information about on what to do and visit in Warsaw, specially a Spanish gentleman who attend us in front door, always with a big smile and availability on spent his time supporting and orientating us. On that weekend the Ramstein rock band had a show in Warsaw and the hotel was fullfilled of guests, for this reason we experienced a cahotic breakfasts because the place was always full of people and some times we had to spent more time then normal for an fried egg. One day the fira alarm activated and takes long time until make the security checks till be disconnected.
