Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We arrived at 3pm however one room was not ready straight away, they did kindly give us a free drink at the bar which was nice. Location was good, a little walk from the train station and sites however cheap Uber and taxi was perfect to explore. Near to some lovely eating places. Room was really nice, comfortable, quiet, slept very well. Shower was strong and lovely shower gel. Breakfast was really nice. A very good selection of foods, we especially enjoyed the fresh juicer! We enjoyed the various dishes. Was a gym and sauna etc which looked nice. Would highly recommend and stay again especially if the price is right. We really enjoyed our stay. Lobby was lovely to relax in if needing and the bar was nice.

Excellent downtown Warsaw location, professional and courteous service throughout. My wife and I stayed 3 weeks here. In particular, the breakfast staff were wonderful, and we want to mention specially Agate, Marina and Michal. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant! It is more than we can expect from most hotels.

I would say this is a 3 star by European standard. Room and deco are outdated, towels are hard and old. Old capers, old hardwood floor. Not impressed at all. The location is far away from old town like 30min, 20min walk to the royal way. 15 min walk to culture and science center.

The hotel had very nice sized room and comfy beds. The breakfasts were more than ample and tasty, It was well located to walk to the old town and shopping. We walked from the Polin Museum to the Old Town and back to the hotel with no problem.

Near the center of Warsaw, with a little walking you can go easily to the main sights . Clean hotel, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Air ventillation in the room was a bit loud.It is a value for money hotel

We stayed with family only for 1 one night prior to flight. Hotel is conveniently located in the center of Warsaw, 5-7 minutes work to famous landmark - Pałac Kultury i Nauki, also more or less same distance to main railway station and few big shopping centers. Old town is also easy 15-20 min by foot. Check-in was fact and efficient, as Platinum members we were upgraded to Suite - it was located on higher floor with nice view of Warsaw, did have spacious bedroom and big living room, 2 WCs and 1 full bathroom. Room also did have complimentary coffee/tea making facilities. Bed is just standard nothing really spectacular, pillows were quite average (they do not have natural down/feather pillows). As our flight was in the early morning we didn't try their breakfast, so can't comment, however we did have dinner in hotel's restaurant and it was very delicious. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, all public areas and also rooms were refurbished not so long time ago so look modern and nice. Clean large comfortable bedroom with huge bed with very good location for shops and restaurants. Stayed here for 3 nights in a Superior Room which I highly recommend. Breakfasts good but not as diverse as the Mercure Central in city centre. Hat said I highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again. Ps. Don t think any of the rooms have bathtubs which 8 certainly miss especially in winter

We stayed here for two nights - we are from Ireland and are visiting Poland for 5 nights from Ireland. It is my boyfriends birthday and I had informed the hotel advance. We arrived to the room with a beautiful display with balloons, cake and Prosecco! It was a beautiful surprise for him and he was very excited. The hotel itself is great - gym is great and the location is good. About a 25 minute walk from the centre. Overall would recommend and thank you Joanna and staff at the hotel for making the stay so special . 🥂✨✨

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff very pleasant. We had a superior room (515) it was large and spacious, very modern. The shower was hot and powerful , just what was needed after a long cold day out exploring the city. Our room was on the side of the hotel and very quiet. Dressing gowns and slippers provided. Good mini bar. Lovely decor and very clean. A great location for shops , restaurants and the old town only about a 20 minute nice walk away. Would definitely star here again - recommend.

Staff were quite efficient staff. Room was rather small, but adequate. Small bathroom, small sink, and small space overall. Lack of places to hang clothes and towels. Excellent bed and linens; good shower; TV with CNN; minibar. Good lighting (although one reading lamp was burned out). Excellent breakfast buffet (including champagne!).
