Absolutely unprofessional not staff fault. Hotel tried to force me to pay an extra €175 on top of my stay price. Hotel looked for this money upfront on my arrival gave no explanation as to why they wanted the overcharge but either way demanded that i pay it. Then when i tried to pay it the hotel card system wouldnt tap, and then hotel demanded chip pin.. they wanted €175 extra to charge to my card and never stipulated this when i booked with them and booking.com did not advise me of this either. This caused hours of lost time on my break away between trying to contact booking.com and the hassle with this hotel...overall i am extremely disappointed with both booking.com and the AC Marriot hotel in Poland.. very poor and extremely unprofessional communication....manager if hotel very conflicting. My room was not cleaned after the drama, had to call reception twice first eve to bring clean towels and water did without the bed being changed...absolute disgrace …

As always been a pleasure, great service, clean, very attentive. Not my first stay, however 1-2-3-30th is consistently good or slightly better. This my GOAT when in Warsaw. The casino a hidden gem as well as the gym with great swimming pool.

Reception team and supervisor are amazing and super professional. We have asked many things and expected how they behave but we witnessed that they have behaved professional. Reception team Yulia and Olivia helped us with super fast and convenient registration, Reception supervisor (woman sorry could not remember her name) helped us always and really made us feel like in our home away from home. I strongly recommend everyone to stay and enjoy from their stay here. In room dining team, thanks for caring us whenever we wanted a service from you. Thanks a lot for our amazing stay with you and we will definitely come back.

Stayed here five nights in December for a work trip. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly centrally located. Shopping, groceries/supplied, ATM, entertainment all within walking distance. Old Town Warsaw is also only about a twenty minute walk. Hotel service was perfect. Everyone was very nice and spoke English very well. The breakfast on the mezzanine each morning was absolutely incredible. So many fresh foods from different cultures around the world were reflected in the huge spread each morning. Seriously one of the best parts of the hotel was breakfast. Highly recommend this stay!!!

The hotel has a lovely hall with fake cherry trees, but here end the positive things about this hotel. At the reception desk, the staff and the manager Ksenia are curt, unfliendly, unorganized (cannot even find a map of the city to give you!), and cannot even honor what's written on your reservation (in our case, where it said that we had breakfast "up to 2 guests", they said that there was a misunderstanding on the website and that it was paid only for one person!). It seems to be back to Soviet times! We were given a room where the beds seemed to have been already slept on (there were still the body shapes on the mattresses and the sheets were all wrinkled). Breakfast is rich, but spread out in 4 rooms and the many waiters that are standing idly only take away and put dishes/cutleries -- they don't take orders. To make it short, if you want to have tea with a croissant it takes you 3 trips (unless you are a trained waiter, of course!): one for the teapot plus a cup and spoon; one for honey and milk (that's how I take it); one for the croissant! Waiters don't even speak English and if talked to in Russian prefer not to answer. Never again!…

Beautiful and modern European hotel in excellent central location, full equipped, clean and wide rooms, where you want to stay all day long! And the view is CRAZY! Big TV screen with various channels in different languages, tea/coffee, mini-bar etc. Helpful personnel, nice dining room, comfortable and equipped conference rooms. For Shabbat observant Jews: the hotel's rooms really start from 21st floor (all the floors bellow are offices), take this into account.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay. We arrived early and with the app, we were able to put our check in time, when we arrived, our room was ready.. 2 hours early! The view from our room was amazing and lovely sized beds which were very comfortable! We visited the sky bar which drinks were expensive but worth it for the views and vibes in there. The second night we had drinks in the lobby bar. The pool was lovely and not too busy. We also had room service on the second night and food was fabulous. The hotel is very central with Ubers and taxis available all the time. We also had late check out for no extra charge till 2pm. Honestly did not have a bad word to say about this hotel and would definitely stay again.

It supposed to be a dream, romantic stay in a legendary hotel in Warsaw. Unfortunately, this hotel didn't meet our expectations. Quite possibly, it used to be the most luxurious hotel in Poland, but it is not up to European standards anymore. Rooms need renovation, windows thorough cleaning (we paid extra money for the room with a view, and quite frankly we could see much), and carpets should be changed. All in all, it's poor value for money.

Fantastic stay. As a titanium elite for life guy, I have stayed at probably too many Marriott and Bonvoy properties in my life. From check in to check out everything was great. Our suite, the kids 2 double rooms, M Lounge access, service from Goscia at check in to the bellman. Everyone was kind, professional and classy. The food in the M lounge at 5:30 was excellent as we planned to go out but found enough to satiate our need for more food. The view from the bathroom was awesome as well. For those who are giving a negative review, I cannot speak for them but this Marriott was excellent. Perfect location as well in the heart of Warsaw and right by everything you need.
