This is a decent hotel with very friendly staff that is kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast is very good and all the food seems fresh. The hotel is right on bus and tram routes, perfect for getting round the city easily, with restaurants and shops nearby too. I've almost nothing negative to say about the hotel. You can pay more...

We loved our four night break. The hotel is situated on the bus and tram routes and a short walk to the metro station. The trams ran every minute or so and we used them every day to visit museums, art galleries, the Old Town, a Chopin concert, great cafes, bars and restaurants! We found the hotel staff very helpful...

We had a long weekend in the Radisson and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were lovely, the staff extremely helpful and the breakfast was very good with something for everyone. Although a couple of miles out from the Old Town, buses and trams run regukarky and it us easy walking. There are good restaurants nearby and an extremely good shopping mall...

All good with the stay. Nice staff on arrival and nice room. Breakfast also had a good variety. I also ordered room service which was fast and nice. Would recommend for short stays. The location isn't as great for holidayers. As its surrounded by major roads. Closer to old town is nicer vibes

Arrived on 19 February and met by friendly staff who quickly booked us in. We were allocated room 352 which was clean with a heating system working overtime making it somewhat uncomfortable, this was easily resolved by turning the heating off and opening the window for the duration of the stay. The only draw back being the noise from the...

Stayed here for three nights with friends and family. We booked three rooms via Booking.com and lodged my mastercard to secure them. We arrived late on the Thursday night/Friday Morning (around midnight) and we were greeted by a very friendly guy named Marcin. Marcin started to book us in but it seemed that there was an issue with Booking.com and...

Me and my brother were there last week. The staff really take care of us. We had some problems but they helped us in all way, asked if we needed something. Their concern was true and honest . We are very grateful for their help and warmly recommend the hotel. And the spa and breakfast was superb.

Nice modern room and spacious in comparison to many other Radissons we've stayed at. Free wi-fi with good service. Hairdryer, safe and minibar in the room. Modern bathroom but poor water pressure in the large shower. Comfortable twin beds but pillows very flat and single duvets that just top the bed and don't drape over the side so you can...
