The hotel condition is quiet fine, location is far from central and far from bus station, but the room is quiet big and quiet clean. The service of the staff wasnt good and wasnt friendly. When i was taking IG story in the lobby hotel, suddenly one male old staff from the restaurant approached me in a very rude way and suddenly attacked me by saying "you are not nice mam". Can i get an explanation from your management what is not nice from my action? I was quiet and didnt say a word in the IG story and suddenly he attacked without prior asking what was going on and didnt request any clarification from me. The morning receptionist staff was also stupid. Obviously i was paying for early check in for 50PLN and handed her my credit card so that i can pay for early check in and she refused and she said no credit card is necessary to pay. Then in 2 minutes, she further asked again for payment for early check in for 50PLN and asked my credit card. The staff was not properly trained for svc. on the other hand, that old male staff disturbed my friend's privacy by keep standing next to her and keep looking at her phone screen. is this appropriate thing for polish? this is purely disturbing ppl's privacy but when i was IG story-ing, the old male staff was rude. what is wrong with your attitude? the staffs are pure dumb and suggest Ibis to provide regular training for hospitality and how to provide service to customers and keep updated on how marketing works. do you know that nowadays IG is also used as part of marketing tool instead of insulting us just because i was IG story-ing? please show the world that you guys are smart instead of showing your stupidity.…
All services are higher than cost of the room. Very good continental breakfast. Polite and helpful personnel posessing English and Russian as well. There are good restaurants nearby especially in the Blue Centre that is in a kilometer away. Very good for long stay. It is easy to reach any travel facilities one might like: international bus and railway stations Warszawa Zahodnia, and the Chopin Airport is not far from the place. There are many local transport facilities to reach the Warsaw centre, to go to beautiful parks Lazienki and Wilianow.
despite this hotel being not a huge amount further out than the old town Ibis, it is less conveniently located. If you are on business in the West of the city, this is ideal, if not, it is 20 min bus ride or a short walk to the West station and take a train. Neither of these options are particularly frequent so if you miss one, it can be a long wait. if you take the train option, note that the ticket machines do not show all the trains going to the centre but rather have separate menus for each operator (intercity, local and light rail) which makes it a cumbersome system for those looking to find the cheapest way to the old town - its nothing against the hotel just worth noting. The hotel is clean, staff efficient and friendly and spoke excellent english and were more than happy to accommodate our late arrival (and provide us with some beer) at the same time. The bar area doubles as the restaurant, as with a lot of ibis but there were only a couple of comfy chairs for relaxing with said beers and unwinding. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the only negative would be that our bed linen was starting to look a little like it could do with replacement. This hotel overall is a good option but it is not the most convenient, unless you are arriving and leaving by train, in which case it is just what you need.…
I was with my husband in February. Here we had everything we needed: The best place with the best environment; Caring and attentive staff; Early check-in; Good breakfast in the best setting; Cleanliness; Quiet and comfortable rest; Thank you!
Stayed here for one night, a clean comfortable room. Staff very pleasant, buffet breakfast has enough options to choose from. Good location, public transport outside and parking is available on site as well (for a fee). Should have asked for another pillow though.
