The amenities have improved since I last stayed here a year ago, I was glad to see some slippers and a tea kettle in the room. I do still find the light switch situation a little confusing but it does become easier with a little time. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast was great. I was not so much a fan of the hotel bar on the 7th floor, as the prices for snacks to accompany our drinks were high for ridiculously small portions (around 10 EUR for 3 pieces of cauliflower or 4 pieces of shrimp?), so we ended up going to a nearby fast food joint to fuel up. The drinks were lovely though and so was the view!

Amazing Hotel !! Loved every minute of our stay there! Great morning buffet, very well located and tidy. The only thing that I can comment on is slow service at the rooftop bar… but then we just order two drinks in a row 😂

Everything about it was fine although it is very “hi-tech” for us boomers. Breakfast was great, the beds and pillows were comfy, housekeeping was very good. Staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. The room is a little small and there is limited drawer space to unpack.

Wonderful stay! Super friendly staff (not common in Poland), made everything possible. Very good breakfast, very nice room. It's great that you can get coffee and tea any time in the lobby and two small bottles of water every day in the room. Loved the roof-top bar too.

It was our second time in PURO Warszawa Centrum and it was absolutely flawless. Rooms were super clean and comfy. Staff is really friendly, always trying to help as much as they can. We were super lucky to check-in before noon because there was a free room at that time but even if there weren't we could leave our luggage and come back later so if you have early train/flight to Warsaw I can highly recommend PURO. We're definitely coming back there in the future.

Great design, great restaurant, great the roof top bar and the location! But they have so old tv’s that we couldn’t copy the screen :( also the staff in the bar was very poor. We were waiting and waiting for someone to come and take our order :(

It was my first time in Warsaw and I stayed at PURO for the weekend. It's a nice 20 min walk to the old town and 12 minutes to the Chopin museum. I loved the art and design of the space. The staff were friendly and attentive. The deep tissue massage and the spa were excellent. You can borrow yoga mats at the front desk -- a must after a long night of dancing. My room service dinner arrived quickly and was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout blinds made sleep effortless. The shower -- with a detachable showerhead as well as a rainforest fixture -- was perfect. The only disappointment was the breakfast: at 75 zloty and in such a beautiful indoor/outdoor space, I expected at least one thing to be tasty. I also wish at least one of the four pillows had been firm. (They're very soft.) Nevertheless, I loved my stay here and highly recommend it.…

Excellent stay as usual. Love the PURO experience, especially in summer when one can grab a bike from the stand in front of the hotel and explore the city. PS this time the portobello gratin for breakfast was poorly made (comparing to the last time when it was made with thin slices and a lot of taste) - large dry pieces of mashroom.

My only criticism is the lack of fruit options at breakfast. Fruit salad would have been most welcome. Not much gluten free options. Despite that, the hotel was clean and fresh, great facilities and good location. Would visit again.

Had a wonderful stay! The Hotel is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, right in the city center. Twin room was spacious enough, with great beds and pillows. Room was very clean as was the whole hotel, which is a credit to the houskeepers. I can recommend the spa as it's very relaxing and the hotel's restaurant Magari had the most wonderful food. Make sure to order from the breakfast menu. I missed it on our first day but had the bread with avocado on the second day and it was delicious. So was the dinner: italian pizza was one of the best I've ever had. Also big thumbs up for upstair's bar.
