We occupy 4 floors in a separate 5-story building on Krakowskie Przedmiescie - the best-possible touristic location in the city. you will find a bar in the common room where you can order breakfasts in the morning or have a drink in the evening chatting with other dream guests. Each room has: individual lockers; Modern and cozy hostel will be perfect place for solo travelers and groups of friends. People come here to take a pause in the hectic rhythm of life, feel like a local and get an exciting experience in Warsaw. Our friendly staff will be glad to advise the best bar or what event will gather all the city residents. Equipped hostel kitchen, laundry and common area with pillows will make you feel like home. Please note that due to COVID-19 the kitchen is closed for now. Our conditions combine high-quality of hotel standards and a cozy, friendly hostel’s atmosphere. It occupies 4 floors in a separate 5-story building, which is recognized as an architectural monument to the city. The building has been remodeled and we installed modern systems of ventilation, fire protection, soundproofing and lift, to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests from around the world. All this is complemented by a stylish interior, designed with the comfort and safety of our guests in mind. The Old Town Market Square (Rynek Starego Miasta) is 2 minutes from the hostel, which in the winter, is festively decorated for Christmas, and in summer is full of green trees and beautiful flowers. There are many historical monuments in this street that are worth to checking out: Presidential Palace, Potocki Palace, Warsaw University, Church of St. Anne, Church of St. Joseph, monument of Adam Mytskevych etc. Here you can fully enjoy the beauty of Warsaw and be filled with inspiration! For the money I paid it was really nice. Close to the centre, there is a bus just outside of the hotel. The only thing I can complain about is that i found an earplug on the floor that wasn't ours. In addition I was waking up really early because of the sun light. The blind curtains were small. Nevertheless I would recommend it.

I have faced a dad experience in treatment. Personal as also the hostel by itself is not guests frendly. They dont hear what they are asked about. What for? If you don't like something you can leave the hostel and we will give your money back, says the personal.

Dear guests, I am not sure what situation this comment is about as our staff tries to help as best they can, but can't help a guest in case they break hostel rules or there is a realy unusual situation that can't be phisicaly fixed. In all cases we try to do all we can, but not all issues can be fixed easly. If I knew more about the context of the situation it would be easier for me to understand your negative review, but either way thank you for sharing your thoughts.

The hotel left us with a very bad impression since on two consecutive days our room was not cleaned while we left the corresponding sign on the door. When I spoke to the girl at the reception that evening, she told me that she would at least bring us some clean sheets after finishing the check in of 2 guests, but in able for this to happen I had to go down again after waiting for an hour, only for her to tell me that she forgot about me. After she finally brought us the sheets, she had the audacity to remark us that we should ask for them earlier (like we could know that our room wouldn’t be clean again when we would return at night), instead of at least saying sorry on their behalf. Unacceptable behaviour not suiting to any hotel staff.

Dear Guest, I am sorry to hear that we weren't informed about you wanting a change of sheets during the hours that our housekeeping works. Sometime there are days when there is more work than usual and our team does work extra hard but we are all only human and sometimes things can be forgotten. Our reception didn't have any bad intentions towards you. Now we do have new signs for the private rooms that are easier to undertand and more visible to our housekeeping.

Hostel is in a good location, clean, was easy to amend booking, washing was cheap and easy. Great communal area and kitchen. Enjoyed my stay. Every time I went to reception there was a queue which was a little annoying, pillow was a bit pathetic and was only 1 toilet between 2 rooms.

Thank you for leaving us a review and comment. I am glad that you liked our location and cleanliness. You must have bad luck when it comes to always coming to our reception and having to wait inline. This usually happens during ceck-out or check-in time. When it comes to the pillow, I'm not sure what the use is as they are standard size just like each corridor has 2 sides and on each there are showers and bathrooms. I hope your next time will be even better.

Last night a MacBook Pro was stolen from the room. It was taken out of a locked drawer. The thief had keys and access to different rooms and corridors of the hostel, as well as keys to the locks. The thief was a young swarthy Asian man, 165-166 m tall, black hair, fairly long, falling down over his face, thus covering it. He was dressed in a gray coat, black pants, and had a surgical mask on his face. The thief is able to enter the rooms, there he changes his clothes. He carries a large black bag that is not of a sporty type. All this was tracked on the cameras. In addition, I ran into him personally in the corridor (at that time not knowing that he was a thief). Most likely, he has accomplices working with him: a man and a woman, both Polish, pretending to be a couple. They are not young. The woman is older than the man, slim, about 50-55. Wears a short haircut, leather jacket (not black). The man is younger, tall, thin. The robbery in this hostel happened yesterday. However, this time was not the first time! It turned out that the same Asian man had already come to this hostel a couple of days earlier, and had also robbed someone. However, if on his first visit he was extremely careful, and quickly left, this time he made a "tour" of the second and third floors. The robbery happened in the evening, around 10 p.m. The administration of the hostel is aware of what happened. But so far the thefts continue. The thief has free access to the second and third floors of the hostel for sure.…

We found this options on the Airbnb - a privātie room with bathroom. It was just for one night so the main accent was on the price. However, Safestay turner out to be excellent - friendly reception staff, great location, room was clean and cozy. And breakfest was included! :) One of the best hostel breakfasts we have had so far - You could choose from 3 options - sweet, salty and vegan. The salty options was really good! Overall, a really pleasant stay, highly recommended! :)

This hostel is cosy and perfectly located. The nearest bus station gives the main itinerary opportunities for Warsaw. We were in a double room with bathroom, this is like an hotel honestly. Thanks a lot Matthew, you were really kind and helpful !!

I visited with a friend each with our own private room/bathroom, I knew it would suit our needs that being a one night football trip but did think what would we be getting for the incredibly low price we had paid. In short its the kind of place I would return to with the girlfriend. Its very clean, comfortable, fantastic central location. The check in staff were reslly helpful, polite and friendly and it offers a 24hr reception if needed. The breakfast was slightly disappointing, the toast was more like warm bread than toast and I wasnt too keen on the frankfurt style sausage and having had a late night I'd have rathered sacrificed what we got for another half hour in bed, but for the price paid this doesnt detract from its deserving rating.

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel, perfect location, friendly staff and really great value for money. However the rooms do not have air conditioning or fans, so it is really impossible to sleep. We opened the windows but as our room faced the street, the pedestrian noise, restaurant noise, traffic, street sweepers etc; kept us awake. Such a shame because otherwise it would have been the perfect place.
