I must review the restaurant as we rarely choose to eat an evening meal in a hotel we stay in but after a fantastic city tour we were tired and decided to...

Very disappointed. In summary, the only positive worth mentioning here is Jaroslav, the supervisor who is a thorough gentleman and very helpful. Otherwise, contributing to the poor experience is: 1. Poor service all around. No smiles or welcomes, no one to help with luggage, limited English language skills, attitude at breakfast when you ask for something etc. 2. Poor spa...

South Park invites you for a morning walk after a tasty breakfast. The Staff are very attentive and multilingual. The king-size bed was fabulous. The choice of meals for dinner was impressive as was the very polite and knowledgeable waiter.
