#12 of 90 hotels in Wroclaw
Travellers' Choice
Ostrów Tumski was once an island connected to the right bank of the Oder by a bridge. Today this is the location of The Bridge Wroclaw MGallery Hotel. A 5-star lifestyle hotel that offers a range of luxury and stylish accommodations, including some top of the range suites, overlooking the river, or the cathedral. The Bridge, also links history with contemporary vibes, industrial design mingles with history. The interiors are decorated with large-format graphics of 19th-century Wrocław, reproductions of collections from private owners and The National Museum. It is a reference to the Gothic style, but the hotel also provides high-tech solutions, such as keyless entry to the guest room, electronic panel control of all in-room lighting and climate control. The hotel offers a CRAFT destination restaurant and bar, which focuses on farm-to-table offerings. During the summer and weather permitting, the garden offers a food trailer and refreshing cocktails. Don’t miss to visit the hotel’s roof terrace and plan you next private event there. The 6th floor of the hotel hosts a 24/7 fitness center and a relaxation area with two saunas and a steam room, with breathtaking views over the city. If you plan an event, take a look at our range of meeting rooms and our ballroom that can accommodate up to 400 guests. Exceptional location, incredible hotel. I had a chance to return to The Bridge again for a short stay this time. Visited the garden bar and also the restaurant. Great service and food quality in both! Don’t miss the Tofu Burger from the food truck and the cauliflower from the main restaurant! The bar also makes amazing cocktails with a story. Will be back for sure! Spa area (without treatments though!) is also open and an amazing place!

We stayed for 3 nights at The Bridge in Wroclaw. After a 6-hour drive from Zakopane we found out that the parking of the hotel was full. Because this was our first time in Wroclaw we did not know where to park our car. We asked for some alternatives but the staff was rude and not helpful at all. In the end we found a spot in the street opposite of the hotel. After arriving at the lobby with our luggage there was (again) no one that offered us help. Guy at the reception (short hair) was presumptuous and rude. The upgrade that was offered us by e-mail was not available, in stead we got a noisy room next to the elevator. We did not feel welcome or appreciated as a gold member. Of course we asked for a different room, but staff said the hotel was fully booked. It was possible to switch rooms for the second night (after I found out myself using the Accor app that there was availability) but in that case we had to visit the reception the next day between 12:00 and 13:00 and then wait until 16:00 before we could enter the room. Of course this would completely ruin the schedule for that day. Besides being noisy, because of people walking by (and talking) the family room was spacious and comfortable and only had a few flaws. The room lacks a Nespresso machine. Rain shower don’t work properly due to water pressure. We asked for feather pillows but no were supplied (no pillow menu). Breakfast is excellent. Garden cafe is a nice extra during the summer. Overall our stay was OK but the feeling of not being welcome did put a dark shadow over our stay at The Bridge. First time ever we experienced this in a Mgallery hotel.

After 5 days in the beautiful city of Wroclaw, my conclusion is: "The bridge" is a perfect mix of modernity, tradition, excellent cuisine and friendly, attentive service. This hotel could easily be located in Vienna, London or any other major city and would still stand out for its quality. Not only the rooms and the furnishings of the hotel are very attractive and cozy, but also the design of the restaurant, the bar and the beautiful garden are visual highlights. Breakfast buffet, evening menu as well as the selection of drinks and cocktails at the bar are well put together, varied and everything I have consumed was excellent. The primarily young staff is attentive, makes an effort to look after the guests and I have experienced all employees to be very friendly. All in all, I felt very comfortable and would choose "The Bridge" again for a stay in Wroclaw at any time. To be recommended without reservation!

I was visiting my sister in Wroclaw, and needed a hotel near Plac Grunwaldzki for 2 people. She suggested that I try The Bridge as it was walking distance from her place. I followed her advice and did not regret it. The hotel is located right on the edge of Ostrów Tumski, site of the main cathedral and many other church buildings, with cobblestone streets and absolutely magic in the evening. The hotel itself is very modern, everything worked perfectly (air condition, shower etc.). There is a 24-hour gym, too. The only real quibble is that the hotel bar closes too early, already at 10 p.m. Breakfast is quite expensive but there are plenty of places nearby to get one's caffeine fix. I will certainly stay in this hotel on future visits to Wroclaw.

An excellent hotel. 5 stars. Rooms , food, location, are outstanding. I arrived with my 3 year old son and stayed for 12 days. occasionally , we had some special requeset issues at the hotel, but they were all resolved by management. I think the phone system/email system, could use some iprovement. And some of the staff are new and learning how to be more flexible. But overall fanstitic hotel and experience.
