Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had great memories of Hotel Nosalowy Dwor from past visits and had liked the hotel so much that we paid a non refundable deposit for two double rooms just before COVID hit. The hotel accommodated our request to put our deposit in escrow until we could travel again. The war in Ukraine further delayed our return. We now want to go to Zakopane in June 2023. The hotel reluctantly agreed to extend our voucher for PLN 1800 until August 2023. HOWEVER, the six emails we have sent (in Polish and English) requesting to book two rooms for June/July 2023 are simply ignored. What use is a voucher when they totally ignore your request to book accommodation? I have never experienced a hotel simply not responding to enquires from customers. We have stayed there on several occasions. Do they not want business? The disrespect and distain they are showing us, by ignoring our repeated enquiries, is beyond belief and has now destroyed the wonderful memories we had carried with us.

The meal started well when we tried two of the soups, thd carrot and noodle was particularly good. For the main courses my lamb chops were excellent but unfortunately the pork knuckle was rather dry and the skin was very tough. The restaurant dud deduct the cost if yhe pork knuckle although we didn't ask them to si shows consideration to their customers enjoyment of their meal. The restaurant had musicians playing local music which was interesting although quite loud so not so easy to talk.

We have stayed in the sister hotel, Grand Nosalowy Dwor several times and really loved it but this stay in Zakopane we decided to try the less expensive option just steps away from the Grand. We were not disappointed at all. This is a lovely building with use of all of the amenities of the Grand, including the well equipped pool complex. The breakfast is fantastic, as it is at the Grand. The room was very cozy, in the traditional mountain style. Parking is free and plentiful. Wifi worked fine. We ate dinner in the regional restaurant and thought it was very good. We would definitely choose this very reasonably priced hotel next time we visit Zakopane.

We booked thru a 3rd party (i think it was booking.com) this hotel for the spa, but they did not warn us that the days we were in the hotel was the yearly cleaning of the spa pools (i guess this is why it was so cheap:). It was not the hotel's fault: they had posted it on their own website and everywhere. But of course, we were disappointed. Anyhow, the service was top, the rooms perfectly clean, comfortable and well sized. Breakfast was also really good. The restaurant on site was also excellent but slow in service (it was an extremely busy night). 17

This is a large well run hotel in a beautiful region of Poland. We visited during a veteran car run we were taking part in. Breakfast was one of the most diverse experiences - you name it they had it on offer. Very pleasant rooms - ours, on the third floor, overlooked the Tatra mountains.

It was a nice surprise as the rooms and facilities were much better than expected. My room was on the 3rd floor and had partially view on the slope. The restaurant is also nice and food selection good. Only 5 minutes walk to the slope and ski rental. Very handy. Strongly recommended.

just returned from a great time in Zakopane staying in this lovely hotel. Located over the road from The Nosal ski resort, which is well run and not too expensive, although only Blue runs so it may not be demanding enough for a lot of skiers. Hotel has very good rooms, good cleaning service, good facilities pool, spa and a large drying room. Hotel has an underground car park at an extra price, but there are plenty of spaces above ground. Happy to answer any other questions

My family of 4 visited for a friends wedding. We stayed 3 nights. We had a lovely time. The hotel rooms were basic but nice enough. The pool in the 4 star part of the complex was lovely and there was soft play for the children. We would definately return to the hotel. The only downside was the food. The food was nice but not many options for children which made it more difficult. Also customer service is not the same as in England however people were nice enough. Positives family friendly, good price Negatives food for children

My wife and I stayed at your 4 star hotel for 4 days in July 2017. From the moment we arrived and during our stay all hotel staff were polite, friendly and really made us feel welcome. Our room with balcony was very clean and tidy and facilities were excellent....which included a fridge, safe and lots of storage for clothes and shoes. The safe was electronic and very easy to use. We had stunning views of the surrounding forest and outside parking was free. The wellness centre was well equipped and included changing lockers, showers, a swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, sauna, steam room and relaxation areas. Make sure you take your towelling robe from your room to use as these are not provided although you are given a towel. There was also a gym. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a wide choice, including hot and cold dishes....Finally access to nearby restaurants and Zakopane centre is easy and you can either walk, take a taxi or a local bus. A memorable stay and we would be very happy to return.
