From the very first moment, when we were welcomed by Jan, we felt great at this artistic place. The design is superb. The food served at breakfast is very rich and assorted. The room we got was impressive, and very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, right next to the main pedestrian street. Highly recommended!

Short stay of 4 days in august, with family and friends..at first glimpse, Aries Hotel carries you in ancient times, with princess and kings as travel mates....super staff, wonderful furnitures, inside and outside, room very comfortable..and, the best breakffast ever experienced ( what a pity for the coffee, not at the same standard!)---i strongly recommend a stay, a beautiful experience!! see you soon, sooner or later!

The position of the hotel so close to the centre was a real bonus The hotel is lovely …breakfast amazing Room was cosy The staff are wonderful ,the reception ,the breakfast staff even the welcome on entering ..ice provided for sore knee without asking The concierge olga really made our stay fantastic She helped organise our 5 day stay and could not have made it more special for us thank you !

Absolutely AMAZING!!! We loved everything about this hotel - decor, superb breakfast, friendly staff, location, spa, children play area. The only bag thing was that we found spider web and a spider in our room and as a couple that is scared of spiders we did not enjoy that find. But except for that everything was perfect and we will absolutely be coming back !

I did not stay at this hotel but I really need to acknowledge the wonderful team at the Concierge Desk of Aries Hotel & Spa. I lost my phone on the slopes of Zakopane and I am guessing whoever found it handed it over to the Concierge Desk at Aries. Ms Olga Organa contacted me via email which was on my lock screen to get in touch, I had already left Poland and was only going to be in Prague for two days before flying out. The efficiency with which Ms Olga made arrangements to ensure that my phone could be delievered by the driver at Aries, before I left Prague was most impressive and assuring. She was very responsive to my emails, followed-up promptly and her attention to detail ensured that my phone arrived in Prague without incident, all the whilst coordinating with my driver. What more, the phone arrived with a care package as a source of comfort. I most grateful, and it leaves me with warm memories of the kindness of the Polish people. With such an amazing front line team which demonstrated a high standard of service, the whole experience only suggests to me that a stay at Aries Hotel & Spa will make for a wonderful experience with a personal touch. Thanks for all staff in hotel .I stayed in the hotel with my collegues from outside poland . We had the best time ever! The property is well designed and really stunning. The hotel staff is always welcoming, smiling and helpful. The hotel has a lot of well kept amenities and the rooms are cosy, clean and comfortable. There is very nice menu for dinner and breakfast full of choice . There was not a single thing I could say a bad word about. We will stay in future to come back again. Excellent value for niec price

Very nice hotel in the centre of Zakopane. Very close to main street and very near to the main bus station. Very nice wooden setting. Breakfast superb with variety of items. Reception personell very willing to help. Once in it you feel like you are in a magical house.

Wow wish I stayed here! We only had a meal in Halka restaurant. Carolina was the nicest waitress and welcoming host ever. If I came to Zakopane I would definitely come here again and stay in hotel. The entrance is super cute, big fire, nice check in desk like an arm chair, cuteness and logs and all the good stuff, not a pretentious upscale hotel, more like you've found yourself in a charming Aspen lodge. This is really a review of the restaurant- Halka. We were schlepping along with our suitcases trying to find a local restaurant after we got the flixbus, and I had a mega grumpy teen as she was hungry and tired, and also had to carry all the luggage through heavy snow sand sludge. We happened upon this place and my desperation to shut the teen up, made me stay. Which was really fortuitous. The restaurant is well laid out and beautifully decorated. And was warm, which I think is important, you can't relax if the place you are in is the incorrect temperature. Carolina stored our luggage away in a locked room as well as our coats scarves and gloves, and offered us choice of tables. We had bread, chive oil for dipping and some regional sheep cheese on cranberry. I had a sour soup (it seems to be a regular on menus, it's like a sourdough soup, with mushrooms. It was interesting. I didn't love it, I didn't hate it either but it was interesting to try something new) all beautifully presented. Obvs had some tasty vodkas along with that. Then the main- was slightly bland and I never eat pork usually, but I tried it. It was a pork schnitzel on mash with cabbage. I wouldn't ever have that again, was bland, chewy, not beaten enough and the breadcrumbs weren't crisp. Have had much better in Austria in a big ole cheap place. The mash was good and some kind of cabbage (again slightly sour ish) with bacon. Honestly the vibe was lovely, service from Carolina was stupendous, what a lovely warm human being she is. There was another guy, Thomas who was maybe having a bad day, he was brusque and kind of killed the vibe Carolina had spent making for us. Don't think we had dessert. Was a pricey meal though mainly because we had too many shots. I think the food was pretty reasonable, it was the alcohol that killed us guvnor!! Afterwards Carolina got out our stuff, organised the front desk to call us a cab to our actual hotel and organised Tomas to haul our suitcases to the cab. Spot on from her. I do hope they read this so she gets some recognition. I read some reviews where they say this place is Michelin. Well, no, it's not. I don't think it is trying to be either. But it is a damn sight better than the rest of the touristy trap stuff down the main street and if you can be bothered to walk a bit up a hill, the service is great!! …
