Was here for a night as part of large tour group so experience limited and had no opportunity to use spa and pool. It's a resort hotel obviously popular with families with young children.
The outstanding feature is that most rooms face the mountains so you wake up to snow falling on rooftops in an idyllic landscape reminiscent of Switzerland and the Alps, only this is the Tatra Mountains, breathtaking.
The rooms are fine except that the safe and fridge are hidden behind a sliding door so you need to push aside this aside to locate these features. Rather odd as there are no written instructions in the room or maybe we miss it as overseas visitors with no knowledge of Polish.
Be prepared for the very crowded breakfast buffet which is varied, comprehensive and delicious but long lines queue for the items as there are families and tour groups. However, there's an adjacent room where we see people going for pancakes and wraps.

We stayed one week in this hotel it was great experience overall, very good localization if someone like's hiking, great various dinner buffet, breakfast a bit boring(if you stay longer).During the weekend queues for breakfast were numerous and it was inconvenient. Clean rooms.
Good hotel service apart from one lady that promised to bring us cutlery and never did.
I would come back to that hotel.

Great Hotel. Large Room. Superb Breakfast. Stunning location with great views. Only criticism is that the main restaurant in the hotel closed at 19.30. Adjacent one on same complex served great food so no major problem

I remember with nostalgia the times when Nosalowy Dwór did not have a "Residence" yet, the owners were personally involved in ensuring that everything functioned properly. Unfortunately, those times are probably gone forever - the hotel has become a "mass market" where individual customers are no longer cared for. The rooms (even those in the residence) require refreshment or simply ongoing maintenance: we found a room with a window that did not close (and therefore the air conditioning did not work) and a broken curtain. In many places it is worn out, upholstered, etc. However, the highlight (normally I wouldn't believe it) was the situation in which at 7.20 in the morning we were woken up by loud drilling alternating with hammering. It was not a "minor" renovation, but a bang for the entire Residence I (August 29, 2023). Awakened people emerged from the rooms into the corridor. After waking up, we couldn't fall asleep, especially since the room was lit by leaky curtains.
While contact with the hotel manager was not a problem in the past, now there is no such possibility, and Mr. Michał Szczepaniak - "Quality & Guest Relations Manager" probably has too much work with "quality", because he does not answer the phone and is not in the habit of call back.
Breakfasts - once, for me, one of the best hotel breakfasts in Poland, now they have become simply average.
It's a pity, because it used to be (a long time ago) the best hotel in Zakopane...

The external and internal architecture of the building and its location is perfectly integrated into the natural mountain environment. The managers of this hotel must pay special attention to the situations that we experienced during our stay, which should not happen in a five-star hotel. The existing situations lower the range of this hotel, which does not meet the five-star hotel criteria. On arrival, Feb 2, 2020, I made a complaint because of the ragged towel lying on the bathroom shelf with rust stains in the middle, which was intended for me at yours' five-star hotel. Another complaint was filed because the cleaning staff took my magnetic card (room key) from a reading device located in the room at the front door. As a result of this event I asked to deactivate the magnetic card (room key) and issue two new ones. We experienced very unpleasant dispositions in the facial expressions and manners from an employee / lifeguard (of average body size, height about 160 cm, with black hair on the head, at the age of about 45) at the pool, among others on Feb 6, 2020 at around 8 pm. A very strange practice at your hotel is not to change bed linen daily or every other day. During the stay from Feb 2, 2020 (arrival day) to Feb 8 (departure day), the bed linen was changed only three times and it was expressly on my request.
The customer has limited access to coffee and tea , because only 2 sachets of each were available in the room. We had no choice of tea and / or coffee type.

I was staying in a 4* building (Grand) and was surprised that the 2-person suite didn't have the air condition (there was only a standalone fan in our room). I was so sure that AC would be a standard in 4* that I didn't even verify it before booking. Also, there was no way to block the bathroom door, which is another surprise and disadvantage. Other than that all good, just a bit crowded but I guess it is expected in mid-July.

I was in this hotel allready twice. It is cozy, nice hotel.
The rooms are nice, but need some small changes. First time I didn’t left review at all. Because for me it was shocking, when I came first time.
But this time I was knowing what to expect. So I was prepared.
So I was happy when this time I booked hotel, second day the staff contacted me and told that they don’t have double bed, but they can put some mattress on the top.( so I allready knew it because it was the issue first time).
All ,, Dove” shower gel in the room is expired. And first time when I came in I asked to change it, but housekeeper tried to find an not expired, but it was no success.
This time I contacted them before I came and asked to make sure that it wouldn’t happen again.
Sorry but no changes on that one.
But overall hotel is nice cozy clean. Breakfast is good.
So for my opinion price is little bit to high in this hotel.

This hotel is fine, great view and location right next to the ski slope. I would recommend if you are a beginner then go and stay at this hotel. Fully equipped gym and also a great spa area.
Having a massage tonight so hopefully it will be relaxing.
Can hear your next door neighbours even if they are having an argument.
Reception staff has been very assertive.
