Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This hotel is fine, great view and location right next to the ski slope. I would recommend if you are a beginner then go and stay at this hotel. Fully equipped gym and also a great spa area. Having a massage tonight so hopefully it will be relaxing. Can hear your next door neighbours even if they are having an argument. Reception staff has been very assertive.

Great hotel, very pleasantly located in the mountains. We loved the decor, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and very nice wellness area with a pool big enough for swimming. Also the staff seemed very helpful and professional. Deliocious regional food for breakfast with wide range for everyone to enjoy. I am sure though, that a lift from the swimming pool level to saunas would be helpful. As middle age couple we are often tired with children running around and screaming so our general suggestion to hotels is to separate some areas for families with children from others. When we go for a relaxing weekend in a spa hotel, we expect calm and quiet time.

First visit to Zakopane didn't disappoint! Set over three hotels on one site, we stayed in the 5 Star part of the the hotel. Service was ok, but very busy when we arrived. Rooms were impeccably cleaned and of a high standard. Would definitely stay again.

To be recommended for those who like Zakopane resort and want to stay a little off the town center, but still within easy walking distance both to Krupowki and the national park. They continuously keep a very decent standard for years, including very ample and tasty meals including regional delicatessen, and a decent spa. They can be overcrowded at times especially in high season so it's better to come slightly before or after a summer peak.

We stayed as part of a wedding and were blown away with it. The spa was excellent - 3 different jacuzzis is a great touch. The shallow part of the pool had jets too (once we found the on button). The breakfast had endless choice - though we did spot leftovers from the wedding buffet which was amusing. The lunch was very tasty - the bouillabaisse is highly recommended! The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We liked that there were lights inside the cupboards and good number of mirrors too. A couple of notes to management, please repair the curtains in room 205 as we kept having to put them back on their runners which was frustrating; and also the rooms were boiling hot during the day but when we returned at night the cleaner had left the window open and it was freezing, please could you instruct housekeeping that if they open the window could they shut it a an hour or so later or don't open it in the first place and for the guests to decide.

Stayed here for 4 nights in an Executive Room, 2 adults and 2 kids. Ordered room service on the first night because we missed dinner due to a flight delay and it took 2 HOURS to get 2 Pizzas and 4 drinks! I had to constantly chase and in the end complain to a manager who said it was due to them being very busy but accepted that this was an unacceptable, shocking wait. Bad planning and management in my opinion, a 4 Star Hotel should be prepared for this, it is half term and the hotel is full after all. We stayed half board and found the breakfast and dinner okay although very basic and limited in terms of choice. Our 9 year old son in particular struggled to find anything he liked. We stayed on floor 4 which must have offices above it. The noise starting at 6am was awful. Banging and clanging that woke us up every morning! Location is fantastic and definitely the highlight of the hotel opposite the Ski slopes which we found excellent for beginners. Facilities in the hotel were good, nice pool etc. Reception staff excellent, staff else where a little hit and miss, some excellent and some come across moody. Overall a good hotel. Not the best 4 star hotel I’ve stayed in due to the service we received, the noise and the food. The location though makes up for it.

We've stayed here several times and always enjoy it. Its a comfortable hotel with modern rooms and quite reasonably priced. The breakfast is very good, lots of variety. Wifi always works well, never had any issues. The rooms are cosy, nicely furnished and bathrobes and slippers are supplied. The pool and jacuzzis are good. We like the fact that the pool complex is at ground level with lots of windows to let in natural light.. not like many hotel pools we've been in that are located in a dark basement. We always look forward to a refreshing and relaxing stay here, breathing in the clean, fresh mountain air.

(Visited in Feb 2017, sorry for the late review) Zakopane is an amazing place. This hotel is at the foot of a ski resort. We arrived in a snow storm and didn’t really notice it because the hotel is so expansive that we had access to the pool spa and fitness area. Modern, simple, and truly amazing, the breakfast was well versed and offered many vegetarian delights! I will go back here with family at some point.
