Best hotel in Zakopane we’ve been to. Very clean rooms, great breakfast and dinner buffet with variety of different dishes everyday. Spa was also nice and kids club with babysitters who took well care of our 4 year. Great location to commute by walk to Krupowki. We’ll be back for sure!
We like this hotel...this was our 3th visit here.this hotel is very good, good possition - near ski area, perfect food/restaurant and great wellness. But during our last stay we were quite dissapointed - 1.cleaning services wasnt good (we had to ask them if they can put our trash away from our room after 2 days) and 2 issue we had with kids club - opening hours till 7:00 pm - I think it can be longer, They were finish with kids attraction 2 hours earlier than are closing time, and plugs in kids club are not safe - its quite danger. I hope they will change these things in the future because this place deserve it - because its beautiful place for winter holiday.😉
We went for a family trip! The staff is amazing and very thoughtful. We worked to together to deliver a surprise birthday cake to my husband! It's a absolutely beautiful and unforgettable experience. Excellent customer service and location!! It's right next to a ski center with equipment rental service. It's a beautiful hotel. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities!!
Nice nice clean rooms with some minor deficiencies. There is wine in the bar but there is no corkscrew in the room. The reception desk has one corkscrew all over the hotel and you have to get the receptionist open :) restaurant and bra open until 10 PM, in the tourist town a little short. There is a bar at the beautiful pool, but closed.
This was our first experience with this hotel. The service, conditions as well as the overall atmosphere was very good. It was my family trip so I recommend to all who want to relax outside the hustle and bustle of this hotel.
Had an absolutely terrible stay here. What a waste of money… it’s almost theft. At first when you arrive it seems a bit funny: tacky, kitsch interior with fake fireplaces “burning” - as if you walk into a bad 90’s christmas decor. Once you get to the room the joke is over! Totally worn down, filthy room. Where to start? Dated bathroom with holes in the wall everywhere, the carpet in the room worn down, bedding with stains, wooden panels on the wall seemed to have human fluids on it. Light switches just above your head (?!) - nice if you want to wake up in the middle of the night - and power sockets nowhere near night stands. Only positive thing was the view but still the stay here had a major negtive influence on my Zakopane stay. Have to say that the frontdeak manager was nice and offered a better room but my friend did not want that due to no balcony or view. All in all I find it a total disgrace that Mercure even dares to offer these quality rooms. I always thought the brand stood for certain quality but apparently not. Would never stay here again and absolutely not recommend this place.…
The hotel management cares about the satisfaction of their regular customers by offering many additional amenities. We experience it with great pleasure every time we visit Mercure Kasprowy. Visible professionalism.
I won’t repeat what lots of people said already about the positives: great views, nicely decorated rooms (although the bathroom is a little cramped), good breakfast, etc. I stayed there a few weeks ago for a weekend and had to join a few work calls on Friday afternoon. No problem, I was told there was a “business corner” in the hotel where I could work. Well... the busiest corner is a joke! A tiny space carved out from a corridor leading to conference rooms, shielded from the corridor by a thin glass wall and a sliding glass door that offers no noise protection whatsoever. During the two calls I had to make, I had to listen to noise from the kitchen (just next door), hotel staff pushing furniture to and from the conference rooms and talking loudly and some random people (delivery men?) doing their business on the phone in the corridor. Hardly suitable conditions for work... There is only space for two people in the “business corner” and the desks and chairs are well past their prime... NOT RECOMMENDED.…
Stayed this hotel last year and I need to say was quite lovely stay before virus arrived. We had great view to Sniezka just from our room which was normal 4* sized room. Breakfast was amazing with incredible Giewont view! Loved it, whole wall was made of glass so just magical. Breakfast space very massive with super selection of food buffet from fresh cut ham to fresh bakery and cheese, just perfect. Just 10-15 min walk to Main Zakopane Broadway. Definitely recommending and if I come back Zakopane consider staying there again!
Waiting more that 30min. for the waitress...I am pregnant, thirsty, starving...is this ok? Very bad experience!! I had to leave and eat bread with butter on the room...what a shame. I am so dissapointed.
