New, very luxurious hotel in the Centre of Zakopane, in which we understand the needs of our guests, who value discretion and intimacy during their stay. Two prestigious restaurants wait for you, Spa only for our guests (coming soon), green park outside the window, Mountain View from the apartments and Krupowki – the town's main street – is just around the corner.

We passed 6 nights at this wonderful hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is at an excellent location just about 2 minutes away from Krupowki Street and the staff are very nice and make you feel welcomed. The hotel receptionist also helped us in getting transport from Krakow Airport to the hotel and vice-versa. We had a really nice drive in fact. The room we booked had a beautiful view of Gubalowka and of the square next to the hotel. The room was very clean and big. The breakfast at Drukarnia Smaku was really delicious too. One of the waiters there, (we're sorry that we didn't quite get his name) was very nice to us and he explained everything that we had for breakfast. He even made sure not to give us anything with peaches since I'm allergic to them. And the food both at Cristina restaurant and typical Polish food at Drukarnia Smaku were out of this world. We will definitely return again to this hotel when visiting Zakopane. Thank you all for giving us this wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was gorgeous, our suite was amazing, very clean, friendly reception staff, and the location was great, it is so close to the main street! The breakfast was included and some of the best food we've had while traveling around. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Zakopane. Especially if you have kids, there are 10:00pm-7:00am quiet hours, which was great for making sure our kid slept while we got to enjoy a cocktail on our suite's balcony.

We had 3 nights at this hotel as part of a retirement trip 12-15th December. The hotel arranged a private taxi to pick us up from the airport, which went smoothly and communication leading up to the trip was excellent, via Booking.com. We booked a deluxe double studio, which was perfect in every way. Everything was shiny, new and modern. The bathroom was lush, with underfloor heating in the shower cubicle, most welcome first thing in the morning! Our sons had arranged some gifts for us as a little surprise and we had flowers, champagne on ice and chocolates all beautifully arranged in our room on arrival. The room was very large and airy with a balcony over looking the street, too cold to use at this time of year though, a seating area with table and a comfy chair and small sofa all in front of a huge great big window letting in loads of light. I must take a moment to mention the superb breakfast, all served personally to the table, a small tray filled with bread rolls, mini pastries and croissants, another tray filled with small portions of mixed fruit, various jams, butter, pate, pesto, cream cheese and the most delicious home made granola. The usual tea, coffee, water, orange juice and a Berry smoothie to share. If that wasn’t enough (which to be fair it was!!) you then have a choice from around 5 cooked options. Everything is freshly cooked to order, quick to be served and absolutely delicious, the best breakfast ever!! We also ate in both of the hotel’s restaurants which again were superb. The service was excellent in both, food fantastic and reasonably priced. I also booked a massage which took place in the hotel’s private spa, which again was a fantastic massage and reasonably priced. I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel, a luxury hotel but at a very reasonable price. We absolutely loved it and wished we had booked longer. All the staff we encountered were very professional, helpful and friendly. If you come to Zakopane you have to stay here, you will not regret it!!

We spent a week at Aparthotel Cristina in October 2021. The hotel was absolutely fantastic, faultless. Our room had a beautiful view from the balcony looking towards the mountains including Giewont. The room itself was tastefully decorated, very spacious, scrupulously clean and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with dual showers and very spacious. Breakfast was to a very high standard. Served to order, there was a good selection of cooked options as well as granola, yoghurt, fruit etc. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great location, just a 3 minutes walk from the main street with all the shops and restaurants you could need. This really was a perfect 10/10 stay. I highly recommend staying at Aparthotel Cristina.
