Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

four of us stayed here for one night when visiting Zakopane. It is located about ten minutes walk from the centre and a short bus ride from the cable car iup the mountain. Free car parking and good standard of accommodation. Breakfast was superb with a good choice of food. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Would certainly recommend it as a place to stay.

About 400m from the town centre with onsite parking this is a typical mid range hotel. Rooms are of a decent size. Our double room was two singles pushed together and made up separately with a gap between. The first night of three we had a coach party of teenagers occupying the rest of our floor making a lot of late night noise. Despite a supposed 11pm curfew reception was disinterested and simply said “it’s just one night”. Breakfast was basically the standard central/east European cold hams and cheeses without even a toaster. Good coffee that was available during the day and evening.

I stayed here for three nights and had no problems, found the staff nice and very helpful, the rooms are basic but very clean and are cleaned daily, the hotel is a little out of main street krupowki but only about 10 min walk so nothing major.

Stayed there with 7 people and a labrador for 2 nights. Located in walking distance to the city center at very adventageous prices. We only had standard buffet breakfast but ate out. Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful but only Polish speaking staff.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a group. The rooms were fine with hairdryer and shampoo. Breakfast had a reasonable choice. Packed lunches quite poor with white bread, lots of margarine and processed cheese and 'plastic' ham. The evening meal was also quite poor with soup to start, meat loaf and second night chicken Kiev as main courses and shop brought pastries for dessert. Water was served on our table the first evening but on the second evening we had to fetch our own from the breakfast serving area. Plates were cleared before all on the table had finished and the waitress regularly reached across the table in front of diners. There was no lift and 22 stairs to the first floor. The receptionist was friendly. I would stay here again, if I visited Zakopane again, but would not eat here!

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night on transit to slovakia. Location seemed very good, approx 15mins away by foot from center. Room was spacious and shower very decent, WiFi strong signal. Only downfalls were that hotel has no lift and that rooms can only be locked from the inside using the key, so.abit inconvenient. The hotel offers also free parking for guests. All in all, a pleasant stay

Staff were nice, but only one lady spoke good English, but anyways always trying to help even with language barrier. Main street Krupowki is about 15min walk away. Bed was comfy, though we were promised double bed but on arrival they gave us twin and said doubles are boked out. Good Wi-Fi connection.

We booked this as a base for a quick visit to Zakopane when we were visiting friends who we would normally stay with, but we wanted to surprise them. It was extremely cheap but we have stayed there before. Boruta is a clean and well maintained hotel and they supply toiletries and a hairdryer in the room. Breakfast is optional but you can easily walk into town to one of the many restaurants which is a 10 minute walk away.

This is a nice hotel in a good location close the the centre of Zakopane. The room was lovely and clean and the beds comfortable. There are 2 things I have marked the hotel down for, when the room was cleaned during the day there were no clean glasses or fresh water left, and the breakfast is a poor choice and overpriced. I would recommend anyone not to pay for the hotel breakfast (20zl) but to walk the couple of hundred meters into town and get a great choice of breakfasts for 10 to 15zl. The hotel would also be if it from tea and coffee making facility's in the room.
