The apartment is well kept- clean and neat. The location is great- a few minutes walk from the action. Great views from the balcony. All you need to cook with is provided in the kitchen and there is even a wash machine in the bathroom. Free parking provided. The staff responds very quickly.

Great place to say! Free WiFi, cosy and warm and near everything! Supermarket 2 minutes walk and the main strip have everything you want from shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Everyone is so friendly too. Would defiantly recommend.

We stayed at Willa Motylek, evidently one of several properties in Apartamenty ApartArt. Our accommodation was an end unit on two levels. On the first level was a small but well equipped kitchen/dining area. Above is a sitting room and loft bedroom with a double bed and a single. Very nice and updated bathroom. The two levels are connected by a steep winding staircase which, due to the pitch of the ceiling and narrowness of the stair treads, did not really afford the room to make the journey without significant physical contortion! Main sleeping area was similar - getting into the double bed area was something like creeping into an MRI machine. Having said this, I must admit that apartment was very clean and well appointed overall. I am assuming that there are apartment units in the central areas of the building which are all on one level and more easy to negotiate. One serious complaint has to do with the late check-in of 3pm. This is pretty late and one could live with that but we had no access to a place to wait out this time. Our driver, who had to leave, hoisted our bags over the fence (gate was locked) and tried to stow them away on the front porch. Meanwhile we were obliged to sit on a park bench outside the compound on a sidewalk. Weather was nice but had it been raining or cold this might not have ended very happily. The management can have their late check in but they really must come up with a place to accommodate arriving guests until rooms are ready! Another issue - breakfast is not served until 9am. This is really very late for folks wanting to get out and hike (or ski in wintertime) or depart earlier for their next destination. We did appreciate the efforts of the reception lady to buy us some items so we could prepare our own breakfast in the unit's kitchen on each of our two mornings there.…

You chose the duplex apartment for 2-3 people with a stairs. I want to add that we have also one-level flats, which are more comfortable for Guests who don't want to struglle with the stairs. We also can offer bigger and more spacious apartments, for 4, 5 and even for 6 people with two separate bedrooms. A precise descriptions, photos of the apartments and regulations are available on our webpage and on every booking portal offering places in our guest house. We are glad you have appreciated our high standards of cleanliness. Our apartments, as you mentioned, are equipped with all one needs during a short stay. There is a small but well equipped kitchen/dining area with dishwasher, fridge and cooker. Breakfasts which are served in our facility are continental breakfasts and hours of serving are detailed on the webpages. Moreover, it is not necessary to order breakfasts together with the apartment booking. I can not agree with your complain about late check-in hour. Check-in from 3 PM is the most common time in most hotels and guest houses. Hours of check-in and check-out time are detailed on every webpage and in wrritten confirmation of the reservation as well. The keys to the apartment can be collected on arrival from 3 PM. If meeting this deadline is impossible for Guests we ask them to contact us by the phone. As far as possible, we try to provide apartments in convenient hours. We arrange the place and time of handing over the keys by phone then. To avoid inconveniences we always send the request in the confirmation of the reservation, about telephone contact with our Representative at least two hours before arrival. Breakfast had little variety considering it was 30PLN per person. I slept on the sofa as the third guest in our 3-person 'apartment'. Very uncomfortable to the point I had back ache after a few days. My family said beds weren't comfortable either. One of the most disappointing things is, before booking the photos of the rooms showed lovely, comfortable and spacious apartments with warm decor. We walked into a small,plain apartment. Although quite clean, this is not what we saw on the photos. When we asked the receptionist about this, she rudely said that we got what we booked. Every night there was noise from the room above, sounded like children playing and jumping off beds onto the floor. Woke up very tired most of the mornings. The best part of our stay in Zakopane were the experiences we had outside this hotel. Also microscopic parking area so that might be annoying for owners of bigger cars. The good thing I can say about this place is,it's very close to the centre, clean and has a well-equipped kitchen area within the apartment.…

Our apartments, although simple, are equipped with all one needs during a short stay as you emphasized mentioning a well-equipped kitchen. Breakfasts which are served in our facility are continental breakfasts and both their price and components are detailed on a webpage and at the Reception desk. Moreover, it is not necessary to order breakfasts together with the apartment booking. When preparing breakfasts, we always focus on freshness of the products, vegetables are fragrant and rolls are often warm. Of course, we will take into consideration your remark about the mattresses at their next exchange. We want our Guests to feel as comfortable as possible. You chose the smallest apartment, for 2-3 people, but we also have bigger and more spacious, for 4, 5 and even for 6 people with two separate bedrooms. We are sorry you did not make any comments about noises from other apartments during your stay. We could have reacted on them properly and improve your comfort. Unfortunately, I cannot agree with your suggestion that the photos presented on the webpage are different than our apartments. The photos on the webpage are precisely assigned to a particular apartment. The Guest booking an apartment may choose the apartment he/she likes and at the arrival receives the chosen one. As two of daughters have left glowing reviews of Villa Motylek (TWW Zakopane) I felt I should do the same! We had a great week in these comfortable, well equipped, centrally located apartments and like them look forward to returning again in December, with all three daughters and their families! Having a supermarket just minutes away was great too. Other family members have also decided to join us at these apartments and I'm sure they won't be disappointed.

We have just returned from our first visit to Zakopane where we stayed in TWW apartments and have just booked again for this year as they were great. I was travelling with family so we had 3 apartments, 2 x 2 bedroom apartments which comfortably suited both families of 5 plus a one bedroom for my parents. Its nice as a family of 5 to have some space and not just a room. The kitchen was well equipt and there was a table to dine at. The apartment was cleaned during our stay and spotless on arrival. TWW is in a great location with easy taxi access to various ski places and walking distance into the lovely Zakopane with many lovely shops and restaurants. The reception staff were helpful and gave advise when we needed it. There is also parking and a locker room for storing skis. We didn't pay for breakfast as there was a supermarket under 1 minute walk away so we shopped there and ate in our apartment. Highly recommend these apartments.…

We spent a lovely week at TWW over the new year period. We are a family of five who found the two bed apartment plenty big enough and very well equipped for our stay. The bonus of a washing machine (and laundry detergent) in the basement made it even better! If I had to fault one thing the beds weren’t the comfiest but it hasn’t put us off and we have already rebooked. The location is great, near enough but not on top of the Main Street and close enough by cab to the slopes. We look forward to returning !

Actually writing this whilst waiting on my boys to finish their packing. Beautiful property and amazing apartments. They have everything you need , including a dishwasher. We arrived earlier in the day than we should have and were allowed to have the room a little earlier than expected. Beds are single, however in our room they were made into a double and we all have slept well. Smoking is not allowed and rightly so, however they do have a room where you can go and smoke in comfort or outside. Everything seems to have been thought of. We actually would of liked to stay longer but unfortunately we have to leave, we will be back to this stunning place
