We had an amazing time in this hotel during our family Christmas stay. Staff were simply amazing. Everything was prepared on arrival as requested, nothing was a problem. The whole team was extremely helpful, always smiling and full of good humour. We chose a food package which was always tasty- typical regional food with a European twist. Good bar choices- winter tea is a must. The whole building was extremely clean, with cosy rooms. Brilliant location… honestly a real gem. It made my mother-in-laws stay to have her first white Christmas in 67 years. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a truly magical Christmas x

We loved this beautiful, chalet type hotel. The hotel is exceptionally tidy and clean, located in a quiet area with a neighborhood feel - even though there are tourists everywhere. It is less than 1 km to the main pedestrian area. The staff was very accommodating, breakfast was very good and rooms very comfortable. This hotel was one of my favorites in Poland.

Spent four nights in this small hotel. Nicely located in a peaceful area just a few blocks away from Krupówki street. Beautiful environment, and the hotel’s own restaurant is worth visiting. Only minus was the bed - it was too soft to our liking.

Very well kept property, seemed as a good choice for our party of 4. We have asked for twin room for our mums ad were happy with quick communication with the hotel and everything was ready as expected. We have arrived late and it was not a trouble . Its a beautiful property close to everywhere we wanted to go. Around 10 min by foot to the centre, ideal for hiking trips as its just on outskirts. Breakfast plentiful and very tasty, cold buffet but you can ask for eggs cooked to your liking. We never left hungry. There is the bar located opposite side of the road, very useful for couple of drinks evening time. In case you just want to stay in room ask reception, as they operate night bar. Rooms not too modern, but well appointed with all facilities needed. Only downside was water pressure in the morning, almost non existing, but it was probably the time everyone was showering and our room was on top floor. It was annoying a bit but all stay was excellent to the point we extended our stay for one more night. Highly recommend restaurant Bakowo Zohylina Wyznio few steps up the road with true highlands feel and live band. We would stay here again if ever back to Zakopane.

Walking into the hotel, we immediately sensed the clean, cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were... big and comfy. Breakfast buffet had enough to cater for everybody. We also enjoyed a 3-course dinner on each of the two nights we stayed there and liked the Polish cuisine a lot. The only downside? Staff 'downstairs' (front desk was OK) did not speak English, but that did not put us off. In fact, the girl who had to serve us just ran back to the kitchen and came back a few minutes later: judging from the way she described the dishes, they had used Google Translate to be of help. This was truly very cute and proved that they wanted to do their best. So language can be a barrier, but just use hands and feet to explain what you mean. The rooms also had balconies!

We strayed there for 2 nights. The room lovely, the hotel is sparkling clean. . . But there was no lunch or dinner served & the bar was closed & breakfast was decent but not great. It probably comes into its own in winter maybe.

The hotel is very charming, built in a mountain style halfway between the ski jump, Snowlandia and the main street - Krupówki, were all about 10 minutes walk. The reception was helpful. We would stay there again.

Thank you Willa Pod for an excellent stay. The dinners were very good, and a great intro to Polish cuisine. Recomnend the soup with sausage and egg (sounds strange but in fact very tasty)...with fresh dill. The trout was also good. The bar nr reception serves the best hot chocolate I've had in years. The rooms were clean and comfortable and all the staff first rate. Just 1 minor recommendation is to lose the plastic bed mattress protectors. Would definitely stay again.
