We recently visited Willa Kominiarski Wierch, it was a choice of 10. Clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sauna located there is ideal for evening rest. The location is a big advantage. In this small hotel I found everything you need for a successful rest. I highly recommend and i'm sure I'll visit again this magical place
I highly recommend this guesthouse. Online booking without the slightest problem. Staff smiling and willing to help. Tasty breakfast. Thank you for the friendly service before and during our stay. We will come back here again:-)
Wonderful place in Zakopane, close to the city centre, but in a quiet and lovely place. We stayed here few weeks ago and absolutely loved the Villa! The staff is really helpful, always smiling and ready to help you. Rooms are clean, bright and lovely. Nothing negative to say, I will come back every time I'm going to visit Zakopane. Thank you for wonderful holidays!
We booked through Booking.com and were contacted by the hotel who urged us to cancel and rebook direct with them to save them paying the booking.com commission. We could not travel on the booked dates due to coronavirus and after some haggling the hotel eventually agreed to extend by a year. It is still against the law for us to travel now so the hotel has kept our deposit of over 1000 euros and cancelled our booking. After much wrangling and many emails they offered to reopen the booking if we paid another £1000 and gave them exact dates of travel which we are unable to do due to the ongoing pandemic and Poland being on the UK red list. Dealings with the hotel have been repeatedly unpleasant and unproductive. They are £1000 to the good and our booking has been erased, so a win for them and no family holiday for us.…
We stayed here when we stayed in Zakopane, the hotel is amazing! From the moment we arrived I loved it and i wish we stayed longer! - The location is ideal with just short walk to Main Street, shop opposite. - The whole hotel is so clean & tidy, even had smart tv! - The staff are very helpful, held our luggage for the next day until 20:00 with no issues and arranged taxis for us - The room was lovely and clean, nice balcony and smart tv! Was very impressed with our room! - Didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I stay in zakopane I’ll be 100% staying in this hotel again, nothing negative to say! 5* stay!
Unfortunately the Male on the front desk was not very welcoming or helpful. First impressions was the lack of hospit ality. Disappointed on the receptionist that could clearly see us struggling to take our luggage upstairs and offer no help. Such a pity as this place looks so quirky and a nice place to stay.
Just came back from a few days stay in Willa. This little hotel was beautiful! Very clean and with traditional mountain decor. Very nice staff and very close to centre. Standard polish breakfast with plenty selections. Lovely sauna downstairs. We will definitely be back
We took our 10 year old granddaughter for a winter holiday. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean and large with nice good quality wood furniture. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We booked an extra night at the start of the week but could not get in our booked room until the next day. The staff made the move easy and they also bookedvtrips and taxis. The dining room was lovely as was the breakfast. The location was good for us. Just a 10 minute walk to the centre so was quiet at night.. a totally unique hotel to look at which was great as it snowed all week, so it looked like the photos. Altogether a highly recommended place to stay
Other than no AC and no fans in August the staff, breakfast, clean rooms make this place an excellent place to stay. There is a market directly across the street and walking distance to most things you would want to do.
We stayed for one night, we had a big apartment with a separate bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the main room is spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast was better than Polish standard. It is a short walk away from the main street, about one kilometer. There is a small store located across the street of your want to buy something extra refreshments. We would like to come back for a longer stay!
