I booked the hotel room via booking.com. It was the best hotel i have ever been. We arrived in January, shortly after NYE and Christmas but there were still cute chritmas decorations. The rooom was magical, the heating system, the bed and the balcony was just simply perfect. The breakfast was the best ever! They had fresh pancake - this is my fav. One day we arrived a bit late for breakfast and there was no panceke left, so my BF asked the lady in the kitchen if she could make us and she made it inmediately. We were absolutely satisfied with EVERYTHING. The hotel is very close to the main steet, it is like 2 minutes walking distance. I higly recommend this hotel and we will come back ASAP!
Such a wonderful stay ❤. Everything from our late check in and overall stay had been top notch. Our two small children truly loved the play room . We love Zakopane and we love how this hotel meets the modern style, but allows the traditional, sentimental style of folk to mingle in. WONDERFUL STAY*****
Villa Novi is on a side street.Close to the main pedestrian road.the hotel is spotless. The staff are very efficient though not that friendly.the breakfast is very appetizing and everything is fresh .we were 3 in a spacious room.decor is very tasteful.
Very convenient location but just enough off the main strip to be quiet. The rooms were comfy and clean. Breakfast was a good variety with some Polish traditional food. Suitable for families or couples
We stayed as a family of five at villa nova for four nights on our first visit to zakopane. We caught a bus from krakow and jumped into a taxi at the bus station ...only because we had loads of luggage as the hotel is less than a ten minute walk from the station. We were warmly welcomed and although all our rooms were not quite ready one of them was and we were able to leave our bags and set off to explore. The rooms, when we did get back , were beautiful..very contemporary yet a lovely alpine feel to them and spotlessly clean and well equipped. Breakfast is served in the lovely breakfast room on the top floor. The location is second to none as the mIn street is literally two minutes walk from the front door. All the staff we encountered were warm and friendly and I would not hesitate in recommending villa nova for a lovely stay in zakopane. Loved it.!…
Villa nova was amazing from the minute you enter you feel welcome. The staff are friendly helpful and polite. The wooden decor adds character to the hotel with unique features. The bedroom was spacious clean bright with tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was included and had a nice continental choice, which was freshly prepared and omelettes or scrambled eggs to order. Tea coffee and pastries were available on the 1st floor all afternoon free of charge. The location is great just 1 minute walk into Krupowi street the main shoping area which has a selection of shops cafes bars and restaurants. This was our 2nd time to stay here. Dont hesitate to book here you wont be disappointed.
Exquisite! Stayed here for one night and loved it. The hotel is really central but it also gives you a feel of the mountains. It is not just about the view from the room but even the architecture and design. Many places are within walking distance but it is also very convenient that it is close to a taxi stand if you are unwilling or unable to walk for longer distances. Would love to visit again and stay here longer.
Despite an early hiccup with communication it is hard to fault our stay at Villa Nova. Directions to the hotel were clear & well sign posted (the hotel is easily spotted as it is just to the rear of the upside down house). There is free off-street parking & the location is excellent being just off Krupowki Street at the heart of the town. We had a late check in (after the reception had closed) but were given clear instructions on how to enter the hotel (I would recommend phoning the hotel directly if you need to do the same). The hotel was relatively clean, was warm & as pictured. We were in a room on the first floor with a shared balcony. One small grumble is similar to other reviews in that the view is not great (although I think this will improve as the surrounding buildings improve - there is still a lot of improvements taking place within Zakopane. There are toiletries, free water & plentiful toilet paper. Breakfast is on the third floor with a limited choice served everyday including bread, rolls, salad, cereal, pancakes etc. There is also an option to ask for scrambled eggs. Check out was quick & simple. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.…
The location alone would justify staying at the hotel. It's in the heart of the city and you have pretty much everything around you. We went ot Zakopane by bus and the hotel is just 10m walk from the bus station. Krupowki street it's just around the corner. You can easily walk to Gubałówka, get the Funicular and enjoy the beautiful view of the Mountains. The place is very nice. Room is clean with comfortable bed, amenities, mini fridge and safe. I recommend room 101, it has a balcony with a nice view of the park (specially in the Fall when the mix of colours is just great). I usually dont care too much about hotels' breakfast cause it's pretty much the same everywhere, but for this one I'd say that it could be better. Nothing that would spoil the overall experience. I'd definitely stay at Villa Nova again if I would return to Zakopane.…
Villa Nova is the perfect base for exploring Zakopane and surrounds. It's more b&b than hotel but that's the charm of it. The room is spacious, the whole place is immaculate, the staff are friendly and being able to sit on your balcony with a beer at the end of a long walk is ideal. The buffet breakfast is ample and super fresh, with staff constantly topping it up. Plus, we noticed many making sandwiches from the buffet. The free tea and cakes on level one is a nice touch too, and free parking is a welcome addition. Yes, your room will have a view of Giewont but being in the town, it is obstructed. But that's the trade off for being one minute from the main street for food and drink which we much preferred and you will too. The downside is no aircon which makes for no reprieve from the hot sun after a long hike, and no free waters after the first night. Very minor issues.…
