I stayed at this hotel with my mum, dad and sister for a family break. The hotel is located in a prime spot for the immediate Jewish quarter and a fifteen min walk from the old town! The staff couldn't do enough for us and were very helpful in advising us of places to visit and transport. We visited Auschwitz...

This traditional style hotel was a very pleasant, last minute booking. Recently completely rebuilt, (with a little work still being undertaken), the Rubinstein is a cosy small hotel in the Jewish Quarter of Kazimierz, with only 27 rooms. Unfortunately ours was a modern room on one of the upper floors, rather than one of the traditionally furnished rooms with beamed...

Standard room this time, previously stayed for 7 nights and had a superior room which was large with larger bathroom, this time a smaller room but still just as nice. Breakfast is an excellent choice and you may select items from the cooked menu also. Location is superb with Old Town about 20 minutes walk away, same in the other...

Krakow is a marvelous place to visit as a tourist, and it has many wonderful sites to see. Of particular note are the very friendly local folks. Most of the younger people speak English, and are helpful if you have questions or are just seeking directions. In the heart of the old Jewish Quarter lies the Rubinstein Hotel - named...

We have just returned from 5 nights in this wonderful hotel which is very well situated near to a tram stop and there are many restaurants close by. We had a spotlessly clean standard room that was large and beautifully furnished with a large marble bathroom very well stocked with good quality toiletries that were replenished each day, the room...

The hotel in itself was of a very good quality, extremely clean, with good facilities, but the biggest plus was the helpful and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. There was a really good choice at breakfast and the hotel was even able to provide me with gluten free bread, which I emailed and asked for in advance....

This is located as per all the other reviews and is about 15 minutes stroll from the market square. The immediate area away from the hotel is not actually that nice with very few facilities that a tourist would probably need ! The staff could not have been more helpful in arranging our taxis and trips. Didn't eat there in...

We stayed there on Valentine Day at room 502. It was fabulous! Great place, friendly and customer focus staff. Terrific food both on dinner and breakfast. Location in the centre of Old Jewish District of historic Cracow and for those who are interested in history of Polish Jews its absolutely a 'must see' place. Room was great too. Spacious, clean,...

We also stay here when rooms are available. Small and atmospheric boutique hotel located in the middle of the old Jewish district great location with plenty of restaurants next door. Always a treat. Good service, clean rooms, great bathrooms.

Nice hotel, minor problems. Older personnel has poor english. Room on 4-th smelled of septic. Answer from staff: "It does not." Photos in Book Now on web lie! We were not accomodated in room on picture.
