Just back from 4 days stay with my 69 year old mother. I have to say we were amazed by this hidden jewel especially as the entrance looks a bit doubtful but once inside we were very impressed. Our room was to a high standard and although there was no facilities for hot drinks the staff in the bar were...

Stayed here for 2 nights from a groupon voucher and was a bit nervous to what the property was going to be like, I must say our stay at the poleski hotel was fantastic! Friendly and attentive staff, they give you a map and help you in getting to the places you want to visit, the reception is down an...

I have just returned after 2 nights in Krakow with my parents & daughter. We were a little wary of the unattractive entrance and tiny reception and there is no communal seating area but received a friendly welcome. Our rooms weren't ready so we went to the bar for a cuppa while we waited. All the bar staff we encountered...

Hotel standard is good. Very clean everywhere. Make sure you get a room with a view - one of the best in Krakow overlooking the river and the castle. 15 min walk to the old town. In Summer - great roof terrace. No common sofa/relax area, but restaurant with a view and cheap.

We loved this hotel - clean rooms, really quiet and friendly helpful staff. It's in a lovely location next to the river, a bit of a walk into the old town so better suited to those who prefer a stroll. Was overall good value and we would definitely stay again. Only slight faults to mention was that the room was...

On arrival we were greeted politely and advised where our room was. The lifts are very very slow so we stood waiting for ages sometimes. The room was pleasant and spacious, very clean apart from some stains on the mattress topper. Very hot room even when it was so so cold outside. Breakfast was not to our tastes and not...

The Good - our room was big and spacious and modern looking. It had a good river and castle view. The room was always warm. The twin beds were comfortable and large. The loo was large and clean. 2 free bottles of water for you and a fridge. Large door windows fully opened. The Bad - no room safe. No...

This hotel is a brilliant find near to the old town 15 minutes walk (taxi ride about £3) but far enough to be quiet. Clean and comfortable with an excellent restaurant with great views of the Wawel castle, good choice of meals at a very reasonable price. Good choice at breakfast. Roof terrace spectacular but watch out for the dragon...

This hotel is well situated, but does not look very impressive when you first arrive. However, I was very happy once I got inside! I had a double room with a magnificent view across the river to the castle. The room itself was spacious, clean and airy, with plenty of cupboard space. I was there for 5 nights and towels...
