Wonderful food - catered for vegetarians, vegans and gluten intolerant in our group. My room was lovely and had air con. There were tables outside in the beautiful gardens. Our meeting room was light and airy and we had water, drinks and snacks available at all times. The most important thing of all was the friendly welcoming staff who were... More

If you like a quirky reasonably priced hotel then book the U Pana Cogito in Kraków. It's a good 20 minute walk into town from the Hotel but it's a lovely Hotel with great food and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable with lots of different types of rooms. We didn't mind the walk and there is a lovely, lively bar... More

The location is a 20 minute walk from the City Centre, crossing over the bridge. There are no restaurants or bars in the proximity. However, the hotel is independently run with very friendly staff. It also donates any profits to local charities. The rooms are fairly basic but very clean and comfortable. Room 6 is a good choice. The breakfasts were... More

This is a delightful little inexpensive hotel within easy walking distance of the conference centre and not far from the town centre - you just have to cross the river. The rooms are ample, clean, bright, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff are charming and helpful. Car parking is available off the road. Breakfast is modest but quite sufficient and the... A very pleasant place to stay in the center of Krakow. Probably good to know that it's closer to the part of the center that is near Wawel, not near the bus/train station. So it will take you about 20-30min to walk there from the station, and if you arrive at night when there is less or no public transport,... More

This hotel is peaceful and we enjoyed walking over the bridge to the castle and city centre. Breakfast was very enjoyable and in a lovely dining room with garden views. There appears to be very good parking.

Spent Three days here while using Krakow as a base for area travel. Staff could not be nicer. My room was clean, pleasant and bright. Meals were top notch, the grounds beautiful. Located in a pleasant residential area of Krakow. No more than a 20 minute walk to most of the popular sights in the city. Highly recommend this hotel... More

Hotel is in a neighborhood. We paid 212 zloty for one night which included breakfast and parking. We've stayed at this hotel about 5 or 6 times in the last 12 years and we get a different room every time. Our room this time had its own private entrance around the side of the main building. We unlocked the outside... More

We have stayed in this hotel several times in the last 10 years and it continues to be a favorite. It is across the river from the Wawel Castle which means you're away from the heavy traffic and high prices. This is really an upscale pensjonat. No elevators. One night cost us 270 PLN/$81.00 which included locked parking, internet, and... More

WE ended up here by accident, the hotel we were booked into was full when we arrived... no matter.. U Pana Cogito was quiet, friendly and closer to the Old Tow and Jewish Quarter than our original hotel. The room was good enough, nothing too fancy but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, continental spread and scrambled eggs and sausage... More
