Great location, central Krakow main square. Stayed in room 1 over looking the front of the building, large room with comfortable double bed, and a sofa bed. Small kitchen with fridge and sink and kettle and assorted crockery and cutlery. Milk was supplied in the fridge, but be aware, no tea coffee sugar etc were provided, so if you want...

Room 1 King sized comfortable bed at Dom Polonii. If you have done your research you will already be aware of the stairs, no lift. Room is big , traditional olde world style with modern en suite and small kitchenette with sink, fridge, kettle. Perfectly nice. Staff all spoke English. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, chose from the menu, its...

I would like to say first, we stayed in apartment 3, very nice large apartment, clean, nice bathroom, kitchen, sitting area, on back side of street and was quite. The only problem we had was with the steps. In my opinion if you are not going to be hopping in and out of your room all day it will be...

We did not visit the hotel, only the restaurant. Nice and peaceful place with cozy atmosphere, very good food and perfect service. Prices were really reasonable compared to the location just near the main square. Downstairs seemed to be popular meeting place for elderly local men. Upstairs, where we sat, was several tables for diners. Of course downstairs is also...

We booked a double room on booking.com and when we got there we were given a twin room so we brought it up with the manager who was rude, unhelpful, dismissive and wouldn't accept our complaint and tried to tell me I was the first person to complain about it. He raised his voice with me and did not do...

I have given this 5 stars because: I knew it had no lift and 85 steps to top floor I knew it didn't proclaim to be a luxury hotel when I booked What it is: Incredible location in the centre, practically on the Old Square Wonderful staff - SO helpful Spacious apartment rooms - I have stayed here twice; one...

We stayed in Dom Polonii in Rm 1 for 3 nights. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up three stories of stairs. The receptionist helped us with this task. The room was large, decorated in original, antique Polish style, similar to the Wawel castle rooms. We had a little kitchenette with a fridge, sink, and...

We actually ate the same meal twice it was SO GOOD. The first time we were walking passed this restaurant on the market square looking for a place to eat dinner. We noticed how good the food looked and the large portions - we like to share meals. We inquired about a meal we saw and were told it’s an...

We ate here every evening of our stay in Krakow. We all enjoyed the Polish dishes, both quality and quantity was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location could not be bettered. Highly recommended.

We took the apartment at the top of the house. High ceilings with wonderful painted beams and antique furniture. Loads of space, huge bed and a kitchen too. The apartment looks out on to the rear of the main square, so is quiet. Few of the staff speak English, but the manager who does so, is extremely helpful. One bonus...
