Old and in need of a referb. Further from the centre than you think. Staff were unfriendly. We had no hot water in the rooms and we had to have freezing cold showers. The local taxi driver could not believe how bad it was there and has advised us where to stay next time we are in the city. This...

This is an old fashioned hotel which was probably very grand a few years ago. It is now a bit stuck in the past and needs some refurbishment to bring it back to its former glory. We had a spacious family room with a double and 2 single beds which was on the top floor and had sloping ceilings and...

My wife and I visited a while ago but our room was about 15 metres from the tramlines. Trams start each morning about 04:45 and run about every 15 minutes. Apparently there were no available rooms to move us to. If you can't get a room away from them make sure you have hearing protection. I had a quick shower...

The attractions in Krakow are centred either in or close by the area known as "Old Town". This hotel is conveniently placed within a 10 minute stroll to Old Town. We asked for two single occupancy bedrooms and got two bedrooms with both a single and double bed, not sure if all bedrooms are like this or we just got...

This is my second visit to the Ostoya Palace. I came here a few years ago with some friends on a 'lads weekend' and didn't get to see what Krakow really had to offer. So this time, I came back with my wife and we were not disappointed. I love this hotel. The style and character of this hotel is...

The staff is very welcoming, the dining room elegant and quiet, the rooms are really big. Only few minutes walking distance from sukiennice, the old town square. Always a pleasure to stay there. Next month will be our 5th time.Thank you Ostoya! Jana G.

Nice location within few minutes walk from the old towns main square. Nice service, clean rooms and a good breakfast. We were staying in a suite (top floor, roof windows) which was quite big. Accommodates easily family of four. If you have small kids there were some toys and also two small chairs and small table for kids. Enough cabinets...

Hotel medium which does not deserve 4 stars. Conditioning weak noticeable on a hot day, especially on the second floor,. Breakfast is too long not so good (very poor). The only advantage is close to the Old City.
