Hotel was fine nothing special but basic needs met. The rooms were clean and maintained every day. Staff was friendly and called taxis for us and breakfast was continental and you would find something to eat. Hotel says wheelchair accessible but there are two steps into the main lobby which someone with more severe disabilities would struggle to manage.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two nights on our recent trip to Europe. The location of this hotel is in the Old Jewish Quarter and there are lots of eateries, pubs and stores to explore in this area. However, as this area has lots of pubs, there is a lot of nightlife and the noise from...

The hotel is in the Jewish quarter of the city. The area is fabulous for sightseeing with museums, synagogues, a market, restaurants, bars and interesting streets to explore, all within a few minutes walk. You can walk into the city centre and takes about 20 minutes passing Wavel Castle on the way. The hotel itself is ok. My room hadn't...

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend break with friends. We had a triple room which was spacious enough for three people, although the décor was a little dated the room was very clean. It had a large bathroom with a good powerful shower. We were very appreciative of the air conditioning as it was a very hot weekend. The...

On arrival we were confused to find four single beds instead of two doubles and one single as that is the impression we were under. The rooms are basic and clean, outdated but gives the Jewish quarter the character it deserves and expected from tourists. Air con works well but is a little confusing to turn on but if the...

Firstly the good. It's in a good location, in the Jewish Quarter. Plenty of places of interest as well as lots of places to eat, drink and dance. The Krakow town centre is walkable although perhaps some may feel it's just out of walking distance (especially after a long day of sight seeing...). The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet...

A great Little Hotel for visiting Krakow. Located in the Jewish Quarter, loads to see close by; and soo many bars restaurants on the door step. The Hotel is only a ten minute walk from the main square and castle. When we checked in to the Astoria Hotel we were given a triple room (loads of space); however, we went...

This hotel is perfect for what we needed. Astoria Hotel is in a perfect location. It is in a quiet area and is a nice and easy walk from the Old Market Square. Breakfast had a great range of foods and was very fresh. The staff are so friendly. I love the quirkiness of the rooms. I would recommend this...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room is outdated. There bed was uncomfortable and the mattress was thin. I didn't enjoy the breakfast. The staff was kind and spoke English. There were a lot of people in the hallway for wifi. The bathroom smelled bad.
