My mom and I just came back from a three-night stay at the hotel and we are so grateful that we chose it for our short and sweet vacation! All facilities at the hotel are clean and well maintained, the bar serves delishe food and drinks (don't miss their house wine- merlot!!! And their homemade bread!!!). The staff is friendly and helpful- there was never a "no" or "impossible ". The location is perfect- close to everything you need while maintaining its quiet during the day and night!! I would love to come back!

I am not to leave negative reviews but on this occasion, and given the hotel chose not to respond to my direct feedback. The location is amazing and the reception always polite and friendly from our check in to check out. I must say, that other than this, for a 4 star boutique hotel, this was a disappointing stay. Issues to report were 1) yellow liquid in toilet which i was assured was cleaning product. Which is just unsightly 2) no mention at check in that rooms would only be cleaned on request. The notice in the room was left in the polish language (which we didn't know had wording on the other side) 3) the bathroom light was not working, which was only fixed after complaining twice 4) the TV never worked and no technical was available over the weekend, which was the entire duration of our stay. The remote was also sticky to the touch 5) the bedsheets had little hairs. When we asked for them to be changed, i doubt they were or the sheets were not ironed 6) the reception never picked up our calls and I had to keep going down to talk about the above issues..i appreciate they might be understaffed because of Covid but it is worth letting the guests know perhaps if that's the case 7) i mentioned all these issues to reception and sadly, no attempt was made to discuss further or compensate. 8) the extractor in the bathroom was very dusty and kept blowing dust on the toilet and floor I must give Pawel credit for being very efficient at check out. Otherwise our first stay abroad during Covid was hugely let down by the hotel. I am afraid this is an experience never to be repeated at this price point.

I will write to tell everyone that lower floor room with front facing are noisy. The close by railway line was no help in getting good rest. Radiator heating control needs updating as I had to freeze inside the room.

Visited Krakow for a long weekend break with friends... the hotel looks unassuming from the outside, but inside it is modern and beautiful. The staff are amazing, the breakfast is brilliant, honestly a great hotel in a great location. The rooms are large with wifi, USB chargers, comfortable beds, great bathroom. And please, make the most of the amazing food in the restaurant or happy hour cocktails in the courtyard. Covid sucks, but the hotel has great processes in place to keep you safe. Do yourself a favour, stay here, and take the short walk to the Jewish area or main square.
