Unfortunately left a bad aftertaste Place has no monitoring!!! Maybe they cooperate with local robbers? Anybody can walk in when is closed party like a wedding. No security. And happened for us. During our wedding we made a action for charity to give money to oncology department in Gliwice ( more that 5000 zlotych). All envelopes disappeared and police found...

Hey, my wife and I got married here in the palace this time last year and just returned for our wedding anniversary. On both occasions we left in love with the place and looking forward to returning again. The palace is beautiful, a lovely and unique place to stay full of character and charm. It is special to us because...

We spent two nights at this old mansion. To us the stay was pleasant and brought back nice memories from the time we lived in Poland 20 years ago. The staff are helpful and all the time tries their best to make you feel at home. The feeling is more of you beeing a guest in their home rather than...

Thank you very much for reaching out to us with your feedback, very much appreciated. I am very pleased to read good words about our staff. However the further I read your review, the more concerned I became. All the issues brought to our attention are unacceptable, I wouldn’t like to see our guests leaving anything less than delighted with...

Very genuine! The outside as well as the inside are beautiful . The rooms are huge and have a jacuzzi . The grounds are magnificent. We stayed one nite and ate breakfast and dinner. We wanted to eat in the cellar but was not open. It's a seasonal thing. We wondered around and walked to the church and a bar...

We stayed for 3 nights in August 2015 for a family wedding. The setting and grounds of the Palac were lovely. We had a room in the annex which was very tired and with no air conditioning in 100 degrees heat sleeping was very difficult! We did ask if fans were available but we advised none were. The service was...

We attended a wedding from June 6 to 8th. The venue is stunning,as was the weather! Every member of staff was excellent, friendly, helpful. The hotel decor harks back to a more elegant age. Huge comfy beds, antique furniture and large bathrooms. We had a Marquee in the grounds for the reception. It was beautifully decorated. The food was excellent,...

Most probably my experience is influenced by the fact I was there for business training. I did not find the hotel very special. It was very nice place and staff was OK but it was definitely not amazing experience, at least not at the price they asked for. Rooms were nice and clean, but not really exclusive. Food was not...

We went to this palace and booked the Royal Chamber. Even before the arrival the staff has been more than helpful. They organized our transfer not only to and from the airport but also to the city center and to Others attractions. The overall quality is not "state of art", but the staff's attitude is simply great. There's a restaurant...

My wife and I recently spent 3 nights at the hotel. This is a wonderful old palace that has been transformed into a very special hotel. We stayed on the second floor in a spacious deluxe room (no elevator).. The staff was professional, courteous and friendly. The dining experience occurs in dining rooms that have the finest brickwork that I...

Drove here by car from Norway. About in the middle of Krakow city and Auschwitz and Birkenau. Faboulus surroundings in the calm polish countryside. A small castle who originally was a champignon castle. Today it is a very charming hotel with nice atmosphere. Not unlike the feeling you get when watching an episode of Poirot. All the food is short...

“We were there out of season. With vacant rooms they gave us options. They recommended a room in the annex. Our terrace was over the spa. Hanging over the pool. With a magnificent view of the countryside.”
