Stayed here for 3 nights from 7th December. Very modern hotel with colourful and tasteful decoration. Very friendly welcome from Magda on Reception when we arrived and all the other staff we met were equally friendly and helpful. Hotel has a bar and restaurant and plenty of sitting room in the open plan reception, bar and restaurant. Breakfast is buffet style and comprehensive. Room has everything you need for a few nights hairdryer,TV, plenty of space for clothes. Powerful shower over bath. Everywhere in this hotel was immaculately clean and tidy. Easy straight walk to Old Town (about 15 mins) or catch the Tram no. 14 from round the corner. ( you can buy tickets from Reception ). Would certainly recommend.

Cozy atmosphere, convenient location and helpful staff! Rooms were beautifully decorated! We also really enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The food was well cooked and very tasty! We had an enjoyable stay!

Great location by the trams so easy to get around. Clean and friendly staff. A trip to the main square, the underground museum, Auschwitz and Birkenau ( Incrediby moving ) & the salt mines, Oskar Schindler's museum, Wawel Castle... so many amazing things and trams/ bikes to drive you from place to place are well priced. Zakopane Mounbtains arebeautiful, and you can take a cable car. Great food and places to drink in the main square and pub crawls too. Love Krakow :)

Stayed here with my partner for a weekend in August 2019. It’s a nice hotel that is very clean with friendly staff and a good breakfast. It’s situated just outside the touristy areas, with the Galleria Kraków only a short walk away. It’s a good location to explore the whole of Kraków from. I would definitely stay here again if returning to the fantastic city of Kraków, and would recommend it to everyone.

A clean, not expensive hotel which gives you all you need for a stay. But when groups are squatting the bar you will have to wait!! To visit the center of town you have to have good legs, it's a 35 minutes walk and around the hotel there is nearly nothing except for a tram station with perfect connections to the center. Value for money.
