Used as a base to explore Krakow & visit Auschwitz. Great hotel in heart of the city. Staff courteous, friendly & helpful. Room good with great toiletries! Breakfasts are amazing & although we didn't have dinner there am sure will be the same high standard. Loved Poland & will definitely return to this hotel

If you want a small unique hotel full of character, in a perfect location, this fits the bill. Our room was spacious, decorated with taste and very well appointed. The staff are extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble; booking taxis, arranging trips and general advice. The restaurant is superb. we had a tasting menu which was perfectly matched...

Firstly the location is great. No complaints there. After that I find little to recommend. We stayed in room 108 which straight away is dark and miserable. The curtains are so heavy and badly designed that you can't actually get any light in the room. There's no normal shower, so you have to sit in the bath to do it....

Dear Copernicus Guest, I am sorry to read that your stay at the Copernicus Hotel was below your expectations. I always advise our Guest to have a look on our website before choosing the room type for the stay. The rooms are well described there (we advise the bedding type, bath or shower combination and the room location at the...

Changed to this hotel from another as it looked better and the location good. I cannot comment on the one I changed from but Copernicus was good they allowed us to check in early and the staff were very helpful and ordered taxis or gave directions. However on the down side the room was noisy in that you could hear...

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for your recent stay at the Copernicus Hotel and your kind opinion posted on Trip Advisor. Our hotel is located in a small historical house on the oldest street in Krakow. We have used and arranged all the space available in our property. Of course we would be glad to have more room for spa and...

We stayed at the junior suite with panoramic view for 4 nights. The location was excellent, the breakfast was the best out of all the places we ate in Poland and the service was perfect. The room had a nice view on Wawel Castle too. We even ate the dinner at the hotel which was also fantastic (and reasonable for...

We enjoyed 3 nights at Hotel Copernicus and loved every minute. All the staff were very attentive and thoughtful. The hotel was clean, well equipped and served excellent breakfast. We can also heartily recommend dining at the restaurant - I don't know that I have ever eaten better food, or had better service. The location is perfect - right by...

The mere location of this place is great advantage. However hotel itself is fantastic. Cosy rooms, very elegant and polite service, delicious food. Definitely one of the best hotels in Cracow... If not the best one.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay here, loving the location and atmosphere of the hotel. You are a stone's throw from Wawel, a 5-minute walk to the beautiful main square, and only 20 mins on foot to the earthier area of Kazimierz. Our room was fabulous, generous size, comfortably appointed. My only gripe would be the internal window overlooking the...

Only stayed here two nights but absolutely loved it. Gorgeous historic building, cheerful and helpful staff, great location in the heart of the old town. Breakfast not included but well worth the $18 cost, with a zillion hot and cold choices and really good coffee. Also, the heated bathroom floor was awesome.

While we only stayed in this gem of a hotel for one night it was just a wonderful place to stay for our short visit to Krakow.
