Beautiful hotel. Staff and customer service was excellent. Bedroom was large and very quiet...no banging doors or noise from other guests! We had breakfast on one morning and it was delicious. Great bar. Fabulous location near the castle and a short walk (past lovely shops and cafes) to the main Square.

We stayed here for 4N in early May and had a lovely time. The hotel is beautifully furnished and is in an excellent location more or less equidistant between the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town. With regards to its amenities the spa and bar are fantastic, we didn’t eat at the hotel apart from breakfast on the first morning which we thought was pricy (£25 per person) compared to what is available locally. But that’s only a slight criticism. Overall we would highly recommend Stradom House and loved our stay - especially its very comfy beds!

We decided to go to Krakow in between business meetings to see the Old Town and are so glad we chose this hotel. The hotel is the site of an old church and the bar is set in the chapel. The rooms are so pretty and the beds are very comfortable. Rooms service provided turn down every night and plenty of water was always available in our room. The food on site is delicious (although we only ate in the modern Greek restaurant and not the Polish one). You will find many young influencers eating on the patio for the afternoon tea so be ready for that. Oh and if you want to charge anything to your room you must have your card authorized at check in. Front desk was helpful and check in and check out were seamless. Parking is available in an underground parking lot on site.

We spent 2 nights and 3 days at the Stradom House Hotel. It was in a great location near to all the relevant tourists spots you will want to visit. We were blown away by the hotel. It was so beautiful. It was 5 star in every aspect. We had 3 rooms and were all equally as nice as the other. The rooms were so clean and the deco was beautiful. The bar and restaurant were fantastic with friendly and very helpful staff. My son has a nut and sesame allergy and they were brilliant in preparing his food in a plain and simple manner. On the last day we were able to store our luggage and spend the afternoon in the spa which was amazing. Thank you Stradom House for the most memorable stay.

Our stay at Stradom House was perfect in every way. The room and facilities were all immaculate and have everything you need for a comfortable and easy stay. Breakfast is a must as the options are endless and very high quality, constantly being replenished by staff. It’s a great way to try some traditional food alongside classic staples (pancakes, meat and cheese platter, salads, breads, pastries, fresh fruit etc) to set you up for the day.
The central location of the hotel means you can be in the old town in just a few minutes with a short walk but there are a variety of shops and restaurants just outside. We never had to use public transport as everything is so easy to reach but if you needed to go further afield the hotel has a tram just outside.
The hotel staff were friendly and attentive at all times and always went above and beyond to help us and give advice regarding the city. There were great mini bar options and the room and bathroom were light, spacious, and accessible. I would definitely recommend staying here when coming to Krakow as it really transformed our trip.

Spent the New Years extended weekend in this great hotel, no less. Welcoming friendly staff. Rooms were good size, clean and low noise level. All the usual appliances (extra plus for the Chrome cast, wish more hotels had this). Very comfortable bed.
Pool/sauna area was amazing, soothing music and nice atmosphere. Spent a lot of time here. Didn't utilize the gym but looked really modern with a good selection of machines.
Breakfast selection could possibly have been a bit bigger (and some items were never really refilled) and at times the breakfast room(s) were quite busy and noisy - but nothing too bad really. The hotel bar was really good - nice relaxed atmosphere and great witty bartenders.
Would for sure consider staying here again!

This is a great hotel. It is perfectly located within easy walking distance of old town, really close to Royal Castle, and walking distance to Kazimierz. My understanding is the hotel is recently renovated within the last couple of years. It’s beautifully appointed. It has all new hotel amenities, but also is representative of old charm. We didn’t use the spa, but we ate at one of the restaurants Gaia which was great. Additionally, it has probably the best gym that I’ve ever been used in any hotel. The equipment is fantastic. It’s spacious and not cramped. My only complaints are trivial. They don’t have an ice machine, but I would go down to the bar and they would give me buckets of ice to make drinks in my room. Additionally, if you order a taxi from the hotel, it’s literally double the price. I would just simply use an Uber app and this is a lot cheaper.

Indeed, the hotel is a 14th century monastery and hospital that was renovated and restored for 7 years up to the opening in April 2023. We are proud of our best in town (if not in country) Gym, with the top-notch technogym equipment. Regarding the ice machine, I am sorry it caused an inconvenience, but as we mention in the Mini Bar Menu, we will be happy to deliver ice to your room 24/7, as part of our 5 stars service. And yes, I personally recommend using Bolt or Uber as I find them quite trusty and affordable, regular taxi service can be much more expensive, as we do not control the taxi prices :-) I do hope we will have the chance to welcome you back.

This hotel is truly amazing. From the minute we arrived we had a fabulous stay.We booked a twin room. We were upgraded on arrival. All staff we had interaction with could not be more helpful and friendly. The facilities are second to none, especially the spa ( which was a dream!). The location was also great-right between the old town/Jewish quarter-easily accessible by foot. I highly recommend , you will not be disappointed!

This hotel is a real gem in the city of Krakow, it is beautifully decorated to the highest standards and has the most amazing comfortable beds. It caters for the tourist really well and offers a lovely spa and pool area to recuperate and recover after a day exploring the city. We spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed our stay the staff were very nice and exceptionally helpful at reception and organised car hire and restaurant recommendations when their own in house seafood restaurant was closed on a night we wanted to dine in house. The breakfast is very good however the John Dory Seafood restaurant is still in its infancy and with time I’m sure will come Up to standard. Overall a really wonderful stay and will definitely return. The bar and cocktails are fantastic too.

I booked this place to check something new in Krakow but also to check their presumably fantastic bar. What a mistake. Upon arrival I was informed I cannot use the bar because they close it for private event that weekend. Hotel didn’t bother to inform me about it when I was booking a suite. Hold on - what suite? I didn’t get the suite I booked. And when I spoke to the manager to resolve the mix up with the suite, his answer was “I don’t know the room type you are staying but I have no other suites available”. See the attached pictures of what I booked and what I got. To summarize, there so many great hotels in Krakow, you shouldn’t be exposed to the ridiculous service and attitude of Stradom House. PS. The manager told me that, by exception, I can come to the bar. When I showed up with my wife after the dinner for a drink, I was literally kicked out by the staff due to a private event…
