Hotel's Favourite
We spent 4 days in Krakow and were so pleased we chose this hotel for our stay in this lovely city. The hotel is in the perfect location, being literally across the road from the Jewish quarter and all its restaurants and sights. (The best meal we had was at the Greek restaurant Minoas about 5 minutes from hotel.) The castle area and old town are a pleasant 15 minute stroll and even the Schindler Factory Museum was no more than a 30 minute walk. It was a big plus - especially under current circumstances - not to need public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. As we were celebrating an anniversary, we had chosen a deluxe room and it was well worth it for the balcony ( in the sun all afternoon) with its lovely views over Wawel Castle. The room was spacious and well equipped and lived up to the photos on the website. We will be recommending both the city and this hotel to our friends.

Hotel great, bedroom beautiful with robes, slippers etc and breakfast perfect with lots of variety… close to square and Jewish quarters but away from the crowds! . Just surprised no bar! There’s a seating area in reception that nobody ever sat in and think it would be transformed into a fab bar! Restaurant menu looked great but we didn’t have opportunity to have a meal there.
