The hotel is centrally located (for the Main Square, Wawel Castle & the Jewish Quarter) but for us very noisy - the rooms are not soundproofed & are right next to train / tram tracks & road. Take earplugs with you or you won't sleep. I bought some from a local pharmacy as I complained about the noise on our first night and the hotel do not provide them. The cleanliness of the bathroom also needs attention - all tiles need to be wiped down thoroughly as part of the room cleaning process. I would also advise you to take your own hairdryer. There is no wardrobe or anywhere to store your clothes just a tiny hanging area with around 4/5 hangers. The delux rooms are big, but the space in my opinion is somewhat wasted and would really benefit from some form of clothes storage. The minibar is stocked with complimentary soft drinks which is a nice touch as is the coffee maker. Due to the current climate, the rooms are not cleaned daily / fresh towels / mini bar not replenished daily etc. unless you specifically request this....but if you ask at reception then they will provide you with what you need. The breakfast is good especially the cooked to order hot options - scrambled eggs and sausages are delicious. I would also recommend booking a taxi transfer from the hotel to the airport. The hotel can also organise day trips for you too - pick up and drop off is at the hotel - prices are competitive so I would also recommend this. The staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming - especially those who work in the restaurant.

Dear Gabbie, Thank you for adding your opinion after your stay at our property. You are absolutely right. The central location of our hotel has its huge advantages, but also a few disadvantages. Sorry to hear the sounds kept you awake. We hope that it did not cause you such discomfort, and our beds allowed for a pleasant rest. The rooms are not permanently equipped with wardrobes, but at the request of our guests, we deliver them to the room. Thank you for your comments on the cleanliness of the room. The maids are doing their job very diligently, so there must have been some oversight for which we apologize. In the rooms you will find a mini bar with non-alcoholic drinks. There is no additional charge for its daily replenishment. We are glad that the ladies at the party kept their promises and fulfilled all requests. It's nice to read that your breakfasts tasted like that. The offer is very diverse, allowing you to choose what you like best. We offer transfers from and to the airport. Just ask at the reception desk and the ladies will provide any information. We can also organize excursions or massages (in the room!). Thank you for the kind words to the staff! We invite you back, hoping that next time we deserve a better rating. to The Loft Hotel- Regards, Marta Hojoł Manager.

Hey, We stayed at The Loft hotel for 3 nights, and we were pleasently surprized. The pictures dont do justice, since the rooftop jacuzzi was perfect. Location of the hotel was great, almost equal distance to the Krakow old town and to the jewish part Kazimierz, which is surely a place you will want to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they inatructed and helped us with anything we asked. Totally recommend staying at this hotel, especially for couples.

Dear Kaapeli, opinions after the stay are extremely important to us. Thanks to them, The Loft Hotel is climbing up and developing at every step. Therefore, we thank you for sharing your impressions. We are really happy about the positive opinion on the jacuzzi. It is located on the roof of the hotel, and the views will stay in your memory for a long time! 😊 The Loft Hotel is located in the Old Town of Kraków, less than 1 km from St. Mary's Church. Its location is a big plus as it allows for quick access to the most important places in Krakow! The reception desk is open 24 hours a day and is always ready to help. We look forward to your return to our hotel! 😊- Best Regards, Marta Hojoł Manager.

Dear Linda, Thank you for leaving the maximum score for us on tripadvisor! A stay at The Loft Hotel will allow you to relax, mainly due to the SPA area. On the rooftop you can use the jacuzzi open 24 hours a day, and on the fifth floor you can spend time in the sauna. We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the gastronomic offer. The chefs of the Incredibile restaurant are experts in Italian cuisine, so they will surely delight you with the dishes they serve. The Loft Hotel is intended only for adults, which is a huge advantage for many people. On the first day of your stay you will receive a bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gesture from the hotel. We hope that you will decide to visit The Loft Hotel again- Best Regards, Marta Hojoł Manager.

Transfer from the airport in a Rolls Royce which I wasn’t expecting! A smart, modern reception and dining area when you enter. The reception staff are warm and friendly, happy to greet you. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean. Staff cleaned the rooms often and replaced any items in the (free) minibar. Breakfast every morning had a wide array of things on offer and reception are more than happy to book tours in the city on your behalf. All in all I couldn’t be happier! If you stay anywhere else in Krakow you’re missing out!

Fantastic hotel! We were really sattisfied with everything. Perfect for couples, since it’s adults only. The room (classic) was nice and clean. Kind and helpful staff. The breakfast included vegan food and was delicious. Good location, just about 10 minutes from the main square. Big advantage is the jacuzzi on the rooftop with a spectacular view. We recommend this hotel😊
