I stayed here for 3 nights. Great location, just around the corner of the main street and 3 mins walk from market square, good value if you book on time (I booked on booking.com), very nice breakfast with plenty of choice, nice and warm renovated rooms, clean beds and clean bathroom. I recommend this place!

Our 3rd stay at the Polski was the best ever! The new owners are making very worthwhile improvements. The breakfast is excellent. Room excellent. Decor excellent. Staff speak fluent English, extremely helpful. Hotel highly recommended.

Our room was very big with a double bed and pull out settee bed, a nice bathroom, TV and mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities. Reception staff were extremely helpful and the desk...

An attractive looking hotel with excellent position in the old town. Room clean and everything functioned ok, though not perfectly. There were a number of less good points. A terribly hard mattress. I had to sleep on spare duvet and blanket to soften the bruising. Breakfast rather sparse though fresh fruit good. Heat in room difficult to regulate. No tea...

Firstly let me be fair. This is a nice hotel with clean rooms and a great location but there is a lot that lets it down. Rooms: no tea/coffee making facilities, strangely lumpy bed, very noisy at night Location: brilliant right be Florian Gate and literally a straight walk to main square of about five minutes Facilities: Oddly there is...

First the bad news - there isn't, with the exception of noisy louts, late at night; which was not the fault of the hotel. Now the good points, the hotel was in a great location, close the the station and bus station and the main thoroughfare. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well catered for those on a city break....

Great hotel, staff very polite and helpful. Very comfortable beds perfect for touring the area, close to everything, train just behind the hotel. Had such a great time looking to book again for a longer break in the Spring.

I just spend a weekend there and it was very good. Beautiful, super clean room with all the facilities. Comfy beds, very nice bathrooms. Amazing choice for breakfast. Lovely staff. It was bit noisy from the street but we were to tired to be bothered. If again in krakow I'll definitely stay there again.

Thank szezlug
