This hotel is in a brilliant location, right on the main street that leads you to the main square. I arrived an hour early but the room was ready. The bathroom was brand new and had an excellent shower. The room itself was dated but exceptionally clean. Had a very reasonably priced mini bar too and free water. Room was...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as we were going to visit Aushchwitz. The hotel is in a super location, right in the heart of the old town. The staff are really friendly and the hotel very quaint. The breakfasts were nice and there was plenty. If you want a traditional hotel in a great location in Kraków,...

Great location, good rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. No working air con at moment but asked for fan which helped even if it sounded like a spitfire taking off. Have been to worse 4 star hotels in London but they didn't need air con. Would return to hotel and loved Kraków and Poland.

Location, location, location. The hotel is almost under the Florian Gate. Turn round the corner and you're in the very centre of Krakow. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. But no air-con (despite a control being on the wall) and my room was a sauna. All well and good if you are sitting in a wooden box, hoping to sweat...

I would so much like to give this 5 out of 5 as it is a wonderful hotel! It has just been done up (or is in the process of being done up) and the rooms are lovely - clean, elegant and spacious with the best wi-fi I've experienced in a hotel. The staff are superb - friendly and really...

Excellent location! The breakfast was excellent too with a wide choice. However, the rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor have NO air conditioning, only the 3rd floor which was already occupied when we checked in! The room had an air conditioning switch panel which did not seem connected to anything and certainly did not work. It was a very...

This Hotel is in the Old Town itself. The Hotel itself is nice, we had a suite which was very nice with lots of room, no air conditioning though, which would have been great as it was 40 degrees outside. Couldn't fault anything else though, staff helpful, organising our trip to Auschwitz.
