Great place to stay - just near main square of the city. However in the middle of summer fridges could have been provided in rooms - it is my only remark.... However nice staff - cleanness - without remarks. For sure we back there!
This is a great location to stay if you are in town to visit the Auschwitz Memorial. Staff is always helpful and cheerful. Rooms look like the pictures and love being able to check in on the app . I also got to choose my room so check in was super fast.
The hotel is located just a short stroll from the old town, overlooking a river and greenery. I was greeted by the lovely Katarzyna from the front desk, who was happily willing to answer all my questions. She even helped me to change the date of an upcoming train trip. The room is spacious with a great view over the river. Overall, highly recommended.
We stayed here for one night to be able to visit Auschwitz the next day. The hotel was comfortable, the room was good and clean, but the bed was a little bit tough. The breakfast was good and we felt safe at this Covid times. The staff were also nice, and it was really nice that reception was open 24/7 because we arrived late in the night. It is a very good place if you are passing bye this region.
On our way from Berlin to visit the Auschwitz concentration camp, we had to stay the night in the city, in the surrounding of the camp, in order to be able to visit it early in the morning. This hotel was a perfect choice since it’s quite modern, it has a car park near it, and it’s incredibly close to the camp, just a few minutes away by car. The sleep quality was great, and the breakfast, though not amazing, was more than enough to suppress my needs.
